Blonde doesn't bug me all that much. He looks the part so much I don't think it really matters.

i don't like the blonde. it's like they're trying to make Yamcha too trendy. i was hoping for a more timeless DB movie but Bulma's blue streaks and Yamcha's blonde hair ground this film in our time. if i hadn't been keeping track of this movie, i would have thought the picture of Joon Park and Emmy Rossum was for a Tekken movie or something.

Yeah, when I saw the pic I was like "Who's that?" He doesn't look anything like Yamcha for me.

Looking at the way Yamcha looks in the movie, it's really hard to imagine James Kyson Lee (Heroes) having attempted auditioning the part.

Kyson lee would have looked totally different, I definitely think Park already having blond hair influenced them to keeping most of it the same. But joon park definitely is the better choice. Besides that Kyson lee would have probably had short hair due to him looking silly with long hair. He would have looked silly Regardless of that.

i've never seen Yamcha with blonde hair. that's like saying they changed Roshi's appearance because it's SOOO Roshi.

yeah, the way they did his hair doesn't remind me of Yamcha at all. with the way he has the sunglasses on top of his head, he actually reminds me of Hwoarang...

Actually now that i think about it, Yamcha might wear a GI, but instead of blue pants, they might give him green. Just to keep it different from gokus.
