What, people don't have a problem with Reeves, but they complain and moan about Alex Ross's fantastic Superman? 

Kirk Allen is the first live action Superman I believe, not Reeves & I believe SUPERBENITEZ was reffering to the spelling of Christopher Reeve's name.

even I'll admit that there's a little bit of Trucco in thatIf you only go by that Mike Hill statue/waxwork, or the Kingdom Come version, then yeah.
But I think this is pretty much ideal, at least for a 35-40 year old Superman (this is my favourite Supes pic Ross has done:
