Brainiac 8 said:I'm thinking you expected too much with the launch. For starters, why throw out all of their big guns at launch? They need to space them, that's good business sense. Put out some of them for launch or close after, then steadily release them over the coming months.
I think their launch lineup is fine. And as long as the game is fun, then if it a kid friendly game, it doesn't really matter so much. I play for the fun...not the blood or boobies or whatever else makes an adult themed game.![]()
I personally don't think gore or language makes a game, I can play with my wives real boobs any time I want to, so none of that really matters. But you give me a game starring a pudgy plumber and throw in one heck of a fun game, I'm so there.t:
Well the reason I think they shouldn't have Filtered out the heavy hitters is this. Ordinarily I would agree with you but not this Generation. The big N has been in third place the last 2 generations. It has to come out with guns blazing from day one in my opinion. They Cant give anybody any reason to not buy this console. And you know as well as I do people look for reasons to not buy and competion looks for reasons to throw mud on your launch. Just as people are saying that there are not alot of mature games at launch. If nintendo gave it to them they wouldn't have anything to biytch about. Some people will say I'm not buying because third party games are not online. If they were online at launch these people would have to shut up. Other people are like I was only buying for metroid and its not coming ou till next year. Some people were expecting a 199 price tag. If Wii were 199 to 220 with all the big guns out, you would have to be a dumb ass or a ****** not to get one. I'm just saying nintendo needed to be more aggressive with the launch in my opinion.
