Nice shot. What was the light source?
Thanks.
I think it was from a led light bulb. They have a few around to light different displays in the wax museum.

Alistair,
I am really considering getting that flash starter kit that has the umbrellas and tripods, etc.
If I get for instance, the Canon 280Ex or 580 EX II Litespeed flash and mount it wireless, how is the flash triggered? Is it triggered with a separate triggering device or can it go off by a timer on my camera?
What I really plan to do with it is possibly shoot some small community events, definitely family photos and portraits, take it outside when I go to a park, and also possibly mount it on my camera when I want to shoot video.
Astrophotography! Awesome!
I've recently moved to a university near a coast. I hope to take pictures of the sunrises and sunsets along the beaches.
I also traded my Nikon 70-300mm and 35-85mm G lenses. They were crap quality and I'm glad I traded them for the 75-300mm lens (with aperture ring).
Very cool, what do you use for mid-range?
BTW, I used the Canon USM EF 70-300mm for that moon photo and again, I forgot to take off my UV Filter. Using it doesn't really hurt the image quality that much, even for night shots..that is with a f stop of 16, -5 step Exposure and 1/400 shutter speed.
