The Products' OFFICIAL Transformers Thread for us to ramble on and on about TFs

I find that you get used to the proper alignment of Snarl's chest after transforming him a few times. But yeah, I can definitely understand how anyone can find it awkward.

Anyone who bought powerglide, what would you rate him?

I almost bought him today, but decided to just get Onslaught instead. I know David Willis had a review of Powerglide at shortpacked, but it was a couple weeks ago, I think; so it might entail searching a bit through the past entries of his blog.

Just throwing this out there; over in the RPG forums of Hype, there's discussion of starting up a new Transformers RPG sometime soon. It's just a matter of what continuity it will take place in (my preference would be a customized combination of Animated and the current line of G1 comics). There's also the possibility that there could be more than one TF RPG established soon, each set in different continuities. If any TF fans here have an interest in trying out a Transformers game (or, heck, any other role playing game for that matter (DC, Marvel, Create-a-Hero)), drop by the Hype basement.

Finally found Animated Grimlock. I also came across Lugnut in abundance, but I don't like the character enough to justify spending the money on him. He's also far too removed from the rough scale of the other toys for my taste, except for voyager Bulkhead. The TFA Season One DVD somehow found its way into my possession as well.

Yeah it's strange. I've only seen wave 3 voyagers once. Thankfully I had the $32 in my pocket for Grimmy. :woot: Snarl was easy to find, but Soundwave wasn't.

I've been having no trouble whatsoever finding the new deluxes wherever I look. Actually, during a drive around the outskirts of Ottawa today, I came across a toy store that had Alternators, that Japanese Soundwave toy that turns into a working MP3 player, the Classics reissue of G1 Soundwave, Anniversary Prime, Starscream, and Megs. Back in Moncton, New Brunswick, I don't think there are any toy stores like that (there's just TRU, Wal-Mart, Zellers, etc), so seeing a store like that here in Ontario was a new and sweet experience. :woot:

I don't think there is a toy store like that in Halifax either. But there is one comic shop who's owner is a TF-fan. He imported Car Robots Brave Maximus to sell.

I just bought the Transformers Universe Classics Prowl today at Target. Gotta say, I am quite pleased with him.

saw the TF Universe Deluxe Galvatron tonight at Kohl's of all places. passed on him though.

i am going to cave and buy the animated soundwave though.

today i got a package from FTB that had RiD Prime, Classic Megatron and the TRU exclusive commemorative Soundwave.

hmmm, i'm puzzled when some of you say you have an hard time finding any of the animated figures. I see them all everywhere. Soundwave seems to be packed in lower numbers but even he's fairly gettable. But either way, they're cool.

I have an question for you guys, what is the cheapest possible way to get an Masterpiece Megatron and Starscream? And on Starscream, it can even be the american Walmart one. I'd even take loose ones as long as they come with their accessories. What do I do? I've looked on ebay and I don't see anything lower than about 90 bucks. Has masterpiece starscream hit any walmarts in your area and how much was he there?

I've seen all the Animated Figures every where I go.

robotkingdom.com is the cheapest.

Hasbro Masterpiece SS was $49.99 when he came out. Last. Year.

Saw the Universe Unicron at TRU today. I was seriously tempted to get it, but I put it off for now.

Has anyone seen this add-on for Classics Ultra Magnus? I'm usually leery about stuff like that, but damn if that doesn't look badass.

Finally found TFA Blitzwing, and got Classics Galvatron as an unexpected bonus. :woot:
