I'm pretty sure Barry was in RE 2 and 3 (and maybe a few other games, too.)

I'm not sure about Carlos.

Barry only had a cameo in 3, which they removed in the remake.

Carlos no appearance aside from Chronicles and the remake, which were just retelling of 3.

I think the next time we see Jill/Rebecca would be in a new third-person remake of the first game (or a remake of RE0 for Rebecca). For Claire I would say a remake of Code Veronica.

Would love to see any of them pop up in a new title but I think the way the games have played out Chris and Leon have just become more iconic because of their appearances. But if they remake RE0/RE1/Code Veronica then they bring the girl power back in focus a bit more and then they can ride that wave into bringing one (or several) of them back for RE10.

I could swear that was Sherry on the phone in the trailer though but I could be wrong.

Picked up RE4 Remake in the sales and it seems really good so far, I thought it would be as it was held in high regard and had rave reviews but having missed it the first time round its nice to pick it up in this state which seems to have been properly cared for in the remake. Great atmosphere and tension as well as really nice visuals.

I remember playing RE5 a lot back in the day and I can see now playing 4 where a lot of the ideas and style came from.

I'm also loving the shooting gallery, a really nice mini game and actually helps you in the main game with the prizes.
