I won’t affect me in anyway. Eagerly waiting to see in IMAX on Sunday even I hate going to the cinemas to endure half freaking hour of commercials before the movie starts. Last time I also walked out on fantastic beasts 2 before it started.

I don't think it is time to panic. But possibly this may score closer to a Phase 1 film than the current wave of high 80s/low 90s we have seen in Phase 3. But, still way too early to tell.

Mixed isn’t promising but I’m past the point of really caring all that much. These movies have all been various shades of good/great in my eyes and I’m fairly certain this won’t be an exception.

Too many positives to hit the 60s. Probably a low 70s at the most.

Reading more and more Thor 2 IMO.

Thor: The Dark World still ended up fresh though, albiet barely at 66% currently. I don't think Captain Marvel will go that low even if this trend continues. Right now if I just went by the reviews posted in here above, my thinking would be mid-70s.

But again, it is way too early to tell.

It seems so far the critics that count are leaning toward rotten? Unfortunately there will be a first for MCU, May just be this one and get it out of the way and ease the pressure on the critics for future ones so they won’t be called biased. What matters more is BO to determine how the future holds which I think this will do more than fine.

I'm starting to see small shades of a luke warm reaction to the movie. People shouldn't start panicking yet.
But it seems as thought it might land in the 80's range which would be a surprise for me.

If the reception of this is mixed, I will feel so bad for Brie. With all the hate, if critics hate the movie on top of that, it will crush her.
