First Class had a similar reception, in fact better if I remember right. It stuck at 100% for quite awhile with around 30 reviews. I vividly remember that 100% lol.

Compared to man of steel, amazing spider man 2 that were in the 60's with 25 reviews, it's doing just fine lol.

That's an extremely rare feat. But it did begin with 100%...

DOFP didn't start out with 100%, though. I remember when the first wave of reviews came out, it was perched at around 86%. It climbed to 93% though. It might night stay that, but who knows?

But still even if it went down to 87%, it was the first good X-Men movie we had in years. So I wasn't upset.

Its up to you whether you want to trust it or not.

The way I see it, its more like a guide or a tool to get a consensus from the critics out there. Whether you want to agree with the score or not is up to you.

Dark Knight, Avengers, X2, FC, Winter Soldier and Spider-Man 2 are all universally liked with high ratings but there are those who don't like or even hate them. Someone will have issues, whatever they may be.
