I think I underestimated this film. I thought it would be great but just didn't think critics would go for it overwhelmingly. It's still early but things look really good.

Critics go for it, but its up in the air how fans will think. Im telling you people will have a lot of problems with the film, so heated debates will occur no doubt haha.

Yup! thats what matters most, But you know how people are, always something to complain about. I hear and see so much hate on The Dark Knight, X2, others constantly lol.

Cant we just enjoy these films for what they are! (as long as they aren't X3 bad!)

This makes up for X3 in every way, but also keeps the best elements of X3.

As I have stated. If my only problem with it is Rogue should have been in it longer and the OR cast in general then it will be a great film. Basically like others said...I never expected OT cast to have a big part so i won't be that dissapointed. But what does hurt is knowing there was a big scene that cut with Rogue. If i can just take that out of my mind when im watching the film it would be great. I actually can see my review now.

The movie was great. Wish Rogue would have been in it longer. 9/10.

I feel ya bruce, look like we could be looking at another CBM in the 90's if the current trend holds up, I'd prefer if Spidey was producing movies like that, but if it's X-men then that's the next best thing for me

It Is presently the highest scored film with critics of bryan singer's carrer even higher than the usual Suspects.It's right up there with Spider-man 2.

It also can put to rest the fears by some he couldn't put together a good film anymore after his post X2 films.

Singer's best stuff has usually been with an ensemble cast. I wouldn't call Superman Returns that, and I haven't seen Valkyrie or Jack the Giant Slayer but they don't strike me as that.

Valkyrie Is kind of ensemble cast even though It Is a tom cruise vehicle.Lot of good actors around cruise In that. Valkyrie has a 62 there while jack has a 52 there. jack was lowest film with critics since his debut film public access. His X-men films and US suspects have been over 80 at RT. Actully his best reviewd non X-Men and US film was Superman Returns.
