Yeah, well it'd also be nice if gumballs rained down from the skies.

No it wouldn't--the velocity alone would turn them into bone-breaking meteorites! Just imagine the property damage! Think, man, THINK!!!

I thought he had a ready supply, why would he need them to rain on him?

I'm not sure if I'd be interested, but I don't think I'd join just because I don't want to commit to another character, but I do have a proposition in favor of the RPG:

Let people create their own Starfleet ships/crew.

Why must you be such a negative nelly?! :cmad:

No no, Byrd....

This is a negative Nelly.

Bizarro Nelly is going to be the next big thing in classic polka.

The Star Trek RPG wouldn't be brought up were it not for the recent release of the movie. Doesn't matter if you let people create fleets and such. Point is there is no motivation outside of the movie release. Just like the other failed RPGs similar to this idea.

I swear to god if you drop the "WSS?" bomb...I am going to snap and kill you....

Theoretically, is there anyone who used to play the game who wouldn't give it another go?

WSS? Is like an old ex to me. As much as I like to think about the good times, just the thought of it brings back the pain and the hurt. :csad:

I think I'll go cut myself, I hear that makes people feel better.

While I'm not saying I'd leap at the chance, that's a game that I'd be interested to see tried out through a more trial, one shot basis. Maybe make the game's format sort of like a true detective story - let Batman and the other do gooders of Gotham City follow a murder spree and figure out who the killer is before he kills all of the innocent and guilty alike in Gotham, or something. The actions of the heroes and villains looking for the killer would determine the bodycount.

I like that idea. Because, if it's tried the other way I don't think I'm game. I already got OU Gotham to police.

It's cutting others that makes you feel better.
