OH MY GOD! he died!! One of the best characters in the show and he is dead???? WHAT THE HELL!

I was really really shocked.

Cant wait to see what happens next week.


But it does leave a question mark hanging over what happened to Derek when he was captured and sent into the room with the music??? Now we will never know

Wow! Gotta admit that Derek's death really caught me by surprise. I think the reason they killed him off was because BAG was switching over to another series. That said, I really liked the way they killed him off; fast, brutal yet very memorable. It's a perfect reminder of just how deadly the Terminators are supposed to be. They just shoot right through character shields.

That said, I find it how everyone's bemoaning Derek's death considering the way news of BAG's addition as Kyle's brother from the future was reacted to with such disdain.

On a separate note, the Shirleynator saying that Savannah's and Ellison's survival depended on John Henry's survival really adds fuel to my theory that she's trying to create a more benevolent Skynet (or perhaps a counter to Skynet, seeing as there's a 'brother' lurking somewhere).

Agree on all counts. I am thinking the Shirleynator was sent back by John to create a weapon that could ultimately combat Skynet head on. Fire with Fire so to speak.

The show is on life support for me as a viewer. I am very interested to see how it plays out next week and to see if it gets picked up for another season.

Indeed a few weeks ago i was think that maybe Shirley-nator is a good guy/gal, and producing a second anti skynet, that will destroy the true skynet, she seems to care about her daughters fate even tho she has no part in the over all plan of skynet. Maybe John sent her back, after all the flash back did contain liquid metal the other week, maybe the answer changed from no?

Derek was pretty cool, but I still find the rest of the characters compelling. With him gone, that leaves more time for Cameron. Also, Ellison's situation is pretty interesting as well. Don't forget John Henry, who is just adorable. To say this show has weak characters is stupid.

From the latest promo for the season finale there are some shots of John and Cameron on a bed in what appears to be a low-rent motel room. The lighting is pretty much the same as the shot from the Wondercon reel, implying it's the same location. I've collected some screen caps of these "motel" scenes in the album below:

So... Why is John on top of Cameron looking as though he's just kissed her, on a bed? It looks like it might be somewhat deliberately reflecting events from the original "The Terminator." After all, I think we know what happened the last time a Connor got a cheap motel room with their attractive time-traveling protector of the opposite sex. Like mother, like son.

Now, admittedly I'm a Jameron fan, but come on... Sarah's in jail, so it's not like she's looming over John's shoulder, making sure he keeps his hands to himself. I can't help but wonder if something is going to happen between them the night before they bust Sarah out of jail.

I can definitely see this song applying to TSCC. My big question though, is who in Josh Friedman's mind will represent "Wendy?" I'm thinking it'll be "represented" through John and Cameron, but others seem adamant that it's Sarah. I dunno... Guess we'll find out in a week!

Guys, just to give you a heads up, Lanie Grace (the blogger that started the current cancellation rumor) has posted a new "exclusive" containing a "leak review" of episode 2.22. I'd highly reccomend you NOT read it, because several members of the TSCC wiki have already pointed out numerous flaws with the reviewer's description that seem to very strongly discredit its authenticity. I won't go into detail, but these flaws are pretty glaring.

Above all else though, I think a lot of you will be disappointed with what you read there, and even if there's no truth in the article, there's no sense in getting yourself as worked up over it as I almost did, and have those expectations looming over you until next Friday. It's almost definitely a bogus scoop, and it's ridiculously long-winded, so I think there are better ways to spend your time. Just a bit of fair warning.
