I actually got her mixed up with a Beau Garrett from Tron. So really not seen much of her acting. But she certainly looks the part.

I don't think she really looks like Beau Garrett much at all.

She has a Megan Fox thing going on a bit, but I also think she sometimes looks like how Lindsay Lohan might've developed from her early days (Freaky Friday, Mean Girls) if she were in an alternate universe and didn't go down the path of drugs and endless partying which made her age prematurely and leave her looking like a middle-aged woman.

Only seen her in Tron and the Baytown Outlaws. Not sure about the acting but her looks certainly made me take notice. Definately something about her.....

EDIT: only just realized that I'd seen her as Zatanna in Smallville too.

There is a slight resemblance. But at first I thought she was Beau Garret who had been cast as I forgot Serinda was even in Tron.

Serinda Swan sort of has that almost beach model, sports illustrated cover model look. I know she's got a bit of TV acting experience. But yeah, I can see comparison to say Megan Fox more than say Beau Garrett.

Her hair seems a bit short. It almost looks normal length. I've seen women with hair that long many times before. That's only about waist length at the very most. I thought her hair was going to be coming right down to the ground and would be much bigger and bulkier.

I would imagine that they've made the decision to go with hair that grows via CG whenever Medusa wants as practicality, long and bulky hair would be a ***** to manage, let alone walk around with.

Well, yeah - it certainly would be more realistic and if the Iron Fist debacle is anything to go by, maybe we can expect it as Scott Buck sure does likes him some realism.

I don't think she looks like Beau Garrett fir the record, I just got their roles in Tron mixed up and thought Serinda played Beau's role and vice versa.

Does Medusa have short hair for this series most of the time? Does it only expand when she uses her powers? Why does she have such a short cut? That's not what I wanted to see.

Gah, Bruce Buck not only a way to make Iron Fist lacklustre, but he also managed to render Swan unattractive.

Could be a reference to the Jenkins/Lee run of Inhumans:

Could be that having short hair makes it more manageable for a wig/CGI.

We've seen at least an extra with long hair, so I certainly wouldn't assume that her hair is short all season.

I can't see why having short hair would make it more manageable for a wig or CGI. She could just wear a wig over her long hair, or get hair extensions to her longer hair.

And the short hair from the Jenkins/Lee run isn't exactly Medusa's most recognisable look. That's probably the worst look to pick for her. Wasn't her hair cut off against her will?

Is that a joke? It makes it infinitely more manageable. That's why people generally wear wig caps over their natural hair before putting their wig on. When you're trying to fit something on your head in a manner that looks slightly realistic, it helps to not have a whole mess of hair underneath it.

When you're trying to fit something on your head in a manner that looks slightly realistic, it helps to not have a whole mess of hair underneath it.

But that's why there are hair nets or bald caps to go over long hair. What I mean is that she doesn't need to cut her hair to being that short when she could've just had it tied back and used a wig cap first.
