Homecoming The Side-Villains: the Shocker and Thinkerer thread!

I just don't like a grim and serious Shocker and view Woodbine as a much more dramatic actor. I still feel like he's Tinkerer who's a much less comedic character in the comics.
He's had goofy roles before like in The Big Hit.

I wonder how large Shocker's role will be?

Could he feature in a small role like Rhino in TASM2?

I was kinda hoping we'd have a Shocker like the one in SSM, accent and all

Shocker needs to be around for a long haul. Just the guy who is always popping up again and again.

We need multiple small criminals like that. Shocker, Hammerhead, Tombstone and The Enforcers to name a few.

I'd love to see Shocker be that kind of recurring smaller villain. This thief/hired thug who gets around because he is effective.

I hope he have bigger and better part than that lol. Rhino just there for the end and too cheesy.

I hope he has a significant secondary villain role.

Tinkerer should be cool.

It's confirmed that Logan Marshall-Green isn't Tinkerer. (Which is good. He was a bit too athletic for the role.)

Michael Chernus is Tinkerer.

Which begs the question of who exactly are Woodbone and Green playing? One of them is Shocker.

And we need Shocker in Thunderbolts when that gets off the ground. And hopefully appear again in a sequel when Spider-Man gets the black costume.

Also, Bokeem Woodbine and Logan Marshall-Green are both too young to be Norman Osborn. Osborn needs to be an old man.

Woodbine is heavily rumored to be Shocker.

Completely disagree Norman has to be an old man. TASM2 had an old man (Chris Cooper) as Norman and look what happened.

Why limit themselves with an older age range when 40s is perfectly acceptable for Norman -- especially for longevity purposes?

Why does Norman have to be an old man? When was he ever an old man besides in TASM2?

Norman should just be the proper age for him to have a son Peter's age. So mid 40s, early 50s.

If Logan isn't Norman then....

Or I could see him as Flint Marko/Sandman or an Ultimate Dr. Octopus (the comics not that awful show.)

Sandman would be great. One of my favorite villains/allies to Spider-Man.

That dude who talked about the spidey footage on kevin smiths podcast said bokeem was leading an enforcers-esque team in a bank robbery. I was thinking Michael Mando and LMG are the other two guys.
