Homecoming The Side-Villains: the Shocker and Thinkerer thread!

We're telling you what we wanted. :funny: We wanted something that resembled the comic costume, more than just having wings and a tiny bit of green sprinkled on the pants.

But no "comics castume looks dumb becuz MCU Vulch looks awesume and harcorrreeeee. Stan Lee & Ditko shouldve used Marvel's Vulch!"

Looks comic accurate to me man. No need to patronize.

Vultures costume has just always looked dumb, even before the mcu existed

Vultie's suit....it's straight Silver Age/Comic crazyness, but it can be adapted into something really cool looking:

Was that so hard, Feige? Couldn't make something like this?
Oh, didn't know Kevin Feige was also a costume designer along with being a producer.
What else is he, i mean he was the reason Spidey's back, he has to be something else :o
Is he the f****** Master Planner also? :o

Makes sense. :oldrazz:

Either one of these looks would've been great. I like the overall look of the Vulture suit in the concept art, however, the mask looks a bit owl-like. I would've preferred maybe Keaton maskless and goggles, but I understand why they didn't because Falcon has that look already, but they've could've maybe added a helmet over his bald head without it being helmet that goes completely over the head similar to the animated series:

Yeah, I would love this. Can't say I'm a fan of the concept art.

That said, I really couldn't care less about Vulture in general. The one villain costume I DO want right is Shocker. I will accept no shortcuts with him!

Again, was anyone really advocating for feathers? No.

Would've sufficed greatly but keep drinking that MCU kool-aid. :o

Again with this patronizing and rude attitude of lumping all the fans as bandwagoners. That brings nothing to the discussion and makes yourselves look childish.

Like yours is any better stating people have horrible ideas when they just bring up suggestions?

Honestly, though, that's what it is. Take it or leave it, but it's all right there. :funny:

That's not definitely what it is. You have no basis claiming that as some kind of fact. What exactly do you base that on?

Stop insulting and patronizing each other. It's a friggin movie.

For the record, I think Vulture looks fine. It's a cool update.

I'm convinced the concept art is a proto-suit anyways

We all thought Harry's Green Goblin suit in 'ASM2' would've been prototype suit but it turned out not to be the case.... :o

That was an actual suit

This costume is civilian clothes with a flight mask

No insider info obviously, but I wouldn't be too sure about that.

I only want them to get rid of mask. Vulture doesn't need one.
If it's anything like every other Hollywood superhero movie ever made, you won't have to worry about that. Keaton needs his face-time after all. :o

But seriously, I highly doubt we will have the Vulture masked for a majority of the movie. Maybe if the former Stark employee theory/rumor is true, it's used to shield his identity until a climactic moment when Peter/Tony realizes that Toomes is the Vulture. Idk. Makes sense in my head.
