It looks like Dave Taylor, Paul Burchill and Scottish newcomer Drew McIntyre will be put together as a trio for the Smackdown brand. I've long been a fan of Taylor and Birchall has been nothing short of awesome in recreating himself as a monster heel in OVW. Not familiar with McIntrye at all, although he sort of bears a resemblance to a bulkier Brian Kendrick.

Prior to returning to Raw this week, Shawn Michaels was telling friends that he was burned out on the road, and enjoying life at home. He also said he'd only return with a limited schedule. This was before John Cena's injury occurred. Triple H had been basically begging for him to return ASAP. These older stars aren't going to be around to wrestle matches that much longer so they best get working on building new stars.

I agree with this, they need to make a concentrated effort over this next year to solidify guys like Orton, Punk, Morrison and Kennedy in the ME scene and that's gonna mean some jobs from guys like HBK and Taker.

As we have been reporting Harry Smith, T.J. Wilson, Teddy Hart, and Ted DiBiase Jr. are all currently down in WWE's Florida developmental territory working as The New Hart Foundation. Smith is currently the singles champion in the territory.

The current plan is for them to start the new foundation in WWE sometime this November. They are currently booked for the November 6th SmackDown taping in Bakersfield, California. There is also talk of them showing up at Survivor Series to attack Shawn Michaels. This does however carry a risk due to the inexperience on the big stage as well as Ted's overall immaturity issues.

Here's some news that won't surprise anyone.

GERWECK.NET has learned that Teddy Hart was fired earlier this afternoon. Hart had been under a developmental deal, and wrestling both in Tampa and Louisville, and was slated to be apart of the New Hart Foundation on WWE television.
