The recent issue of WWE magazine featured the guest editor of Triple H, which has been hyped on TV lately. It's quite a humorous read. At one point there's a picture of Bobby Lashley from his college days and Triple H writes next to it, "Oh look somebody put Lashley in the dryer." Later on he there is a Daivari action figure and Hunter writes, "Look actual size," or something to that affect. Probably not the best comment considering the wellness scandal going on.

Another page has an article on how Shelton Benjamin won a video games tournament and Triple H responded saying "Look at me I'm the king of nerds." This is the tone throughout the magazine and although may get some cheap laughs if you delve a little deeper it can be distasteful at times. Well worth the read though.

That was gotten from an excelent angle. The only things that hit the chair was Ortons arm, and Cenas arm over top. His head never touched the chair, and on one side they fixed it so the seat would colapse. Oh there was a SNME on ? NBC must be desperate. HHH was just having a little fun. t: Nothing more. Vince will drag this "illegit child" story, and milk it for all it is worth, in a desperate attemp to boost sagging ratings, that USA told him must come up. So he's doing everything he can. His Vince is dead story got derailed by the you know who thing. Just read the SNME wrapup. So if Melena is his (Kayfab) daughter, and it appears he had (Kayfab) sex with her, what a story that would be. At least if he had (Kayfab) sex with Melina, he can claim he did not know she was his (Kayfab) daughter. And she's going to (Kayfab) sue him for every penny he's got ? What a storyline.

Breaking News: Wanderlei Silva Signs With UFC

It's been many years in the making, but Wanderlei Silva has finally inked a contract with the UFC and is set for a December fight date. No opponent has been announced yet.

The signing took place on Friday afternoon at the Zuffa offices and no one is more excited than UFC President Dana White. White was quoted at UFC.com as saying, "As crazy as this sounds, this is the pinnacle of my seven year career in this company. I’m so excited to have this guy under contract. He grabbed my arm and looked me in the eyes like one of his pre-fight staredowns and he said ‘I’m gonna fight so good for you, you’re gonna see the best fights ever from Wanderlei Silva."

The video was nothing but the Undertaker. It appeared to be promoting the return of the Undertaker at Unforgiven.

Shawn sent this in: I was watching the Cleveland Indians/Tampa Bay Devil Rays game on Sports Time Ohio(where CAPW can be seen), and when they came back from an in-between inning break (7th or 8th, I believe), they were showing Nasty Knobbs working the crowd, getting them pumped up for the home half of the inning. The announcers for STO complimented him on his size and his ability to get the crowd going. They then joked about how his haircut was 'Straight out of the 80's'.

Balls Mahoney's involvement in the Vince McMahon segment on Saturday Night's Main Event last night on NBC was edited out of the final show. One report has indicated the segment went really long live, so it's possible the company made a necessary edit for time reasons.

WWE ring announcer Lilian Garcia is releasing a Spanish-language album this fall.

Former WWE star Rene Dupree, who was recently released by the company, is now working for the HUSTLE promotion in Japan under the ring name Rene Bonaparte.

WWE's free event in Venice Beach, California on Saturday attracted an estimated 19,000-20,000 people during the day. The event featured giveaways, autograph signings and several matches with a WWE ring setup on the beach. The event was described as being very unique. WWE cameras were filming lots of footage, so it remains to be seen if anything will be shown on TV or be kept as an extra for the SummerSlam DVD.
