-There are tentative plans to retire the WWE Cruiserweight title (hence Hornswoggle winning it, burying the title) and setting up a more serious, pushed TNA-like 'X-Division' and new title belt, with the division having a new name other than 'cruiserweights' and 'light heavyweights'.

If they don't want any particular weight associated with the new belt, they could bring back the old TV belt as suggested, or call it something boring like the International or Pan-American title. Junior Heavyweight is good also, it's basically a catch weight, so it could work. Or how about the MAX belt; Midcard Athletic Xhibition
