Climate change is going to make summer unbearable.

The Southern US is gonna get roasted. It's already damn near unbearable. There is a bit of schadenfreude tho. So many climate change deniers live in the Southern US.

I don't take the heat well. Especially when it's hot every second of every day and even at night.

It was unbearable Monday night. The air felt so damn thick and even after the sun went down it felt like I was surrounded by a heat blanket.

I walked to my car at 2:30am Saturday morning and the second I stepped out the door, I was wrapped in a cocoon of humidity.

At least when it's hot outside, it doesn't hurt. Cold hurts!

I prefer the winter. Mainly because it's easier to get warm in the winter than it is to stay cool in the summer. Especially when you work a career that doesn't always guarantee air conditioning.

It's officially Autumn. Time for those temps to plummet!

Summer still has its sizzling claws in VA. The big cool down is on the way this weekend, but not before we have two more days in the 90s.
