Man, now I am really embarrassed to have lost to you in fantasy football this past week, knowing that you have bad movie takes.Popping in here before bed to concur that FF was best CBM this year. You are welcome and that is all![]()

I prefer geek to nerd.
Wasn't Scarlett Johansson pregnant during filming for Age of Ultron? Did he say something awful about the experience that I somehow missed?I just realized she must of done shooting while pregnant. Imagine how pissed Joss Whedon would've been if he was still around.
She was. And I'm sure he wasn't pleased. But that was Feige's ship. On Angel, he got incredibly upset at Charisma Carpenter for daring to get pregnant, took out this anger with her 4th season character arc that saw her, the female lead on the show, written off and then killed off after a one episode return in s5.Wasn't Scarlett Johansson pregnant during filming for Age of Ultron? Well to be clear, what he got mad about with Charisma was that she kept her pregnancy a secret until she started showing, so the writers and production team had to scramble to work around it at the last minute. He's still a POS and that in no way justifies how he treated her, but it's not a "pregnancy makes him mad" thing. She was. And I'm sure he wasn't pleased. But that was Feige's ship. I like how that makes it sound like the sight of a pregnant person triggers him.Well to be clear, what he got mad about with Charisma was that she kept her pregnancy a secret until she started showing, so the writers and production team had to scramble to work around it at the last minute. You know I still only watched it that one time, at the theater.
I’m so not compelled for a rewatch.![]()
Omg I can’t wait to see howFeigethose Russos find a way to ruin that beautiful Earth 828 and Sue.
I just know it’s gonna happen.![]()
Yeeeeeeah, I see that it’s kicking all kinds of ass at the box office.
I just wish I had the strength for anime like I did when I was younger. All these modern ones all look the same to me.

Good variety in the top 15 at the box office this year. Nice to see. And with Superman probably finishing 11th, it will be easily the highest grossing film in that place since 2019.Demon Slayer and its ilk simply hold no appeal for me but I'm always happy to see the success of anything that gets Americans out of the house and willing to go to the theater and read subtitles.*
*yes, I know there's a dubbed version too.
I can see him saying it to Trump and I hate Malcolm Spellman so much."Do better."![]()
Yeah, people lamenting the relative lack of billion dollar grossers are kind of missing it - this is what a more healthy box office looks like.Good variety in the top 15 at the box office this year.
