After multiple DC movies in a row going down in flames, I wouldn't be surprised. Especially since it's a brand new character trying to launch off the back of, well, absolutely nothing, and the trailer doesn't even look all that good.

However, I'm not gonna take any tracking even remotely seriously this far out.

If Legacy flops too we will go back to an era where they will only produce Batman content and shelve every other character.

I was just gonna say, between Birds of Prey, Suicide Squad, WW84, Black Adam, Shazam, Flash, Blue Beetle, and possibly Aquaman, this has gotta be one of the most tragic examples of franchise disintegration we've ever seen

Just saw this on BOT and man this is just straight up embarrassing and sad. It's crazy that both Universal with its failed Monster's Universe and now Warner Bros with the DCEU are the only studios in history to have ever been successful at completely running a shared universe into the ground.

It's especially ironic too since both studios are about have two BIG hits coming this weekend with Barbie and Oppenheimer which shows they aren't completely incompetent either.

This really isn't good news for Aquaman 2 either.

"We got the Guardians of the Galaxy director taking a fresh swing at Suicide Squad!" "We got an awesome new elseworlds Batman movie from an acclaimed director!" Everything just looked awesome.

As I posted on this post last year, when it comes to DC you just need to give up hope

It's been over 14 years and other than Bats they haven't gotten their stuff together. They just hire all the wrong people. Regardless of what thinks of Snyder he was completely wrong to hire to kickstart a universe because he's not a commercially viable director except for 300. Then stuff like keeping Miller and all the other poor personnel changes

I really don't think things will get any better unless they sell DC Comics assets
