Ok, so my boss boris lost his run for mayor of Zageb. In fact he came in dead last in a 5 person race. Earlier this year, when running for President of Croatia, he was in 3rd place, doing suprisingly well. After countless B.S. in the press, broken promises and people from his past coming out of the woodwork, his reputation took a nosedive. Rightly so. Coming in 4th place in the mayorial elections was a female college student.
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
Im not laughing at the female part, ok kinda, cuz I know he's a male pig who believes men are better then women. So he was beaten by a female college student. Life is sweet sometimes. But not for long, he's currently flying home to make my life miserable.
He did win 3 seats on the city council for getting 5% of the votes, so I guess he is taking one of those seats for himself and appointing 2 others. 1 other is his campaign manager. A real slimy dude, Ive met him a few times. He reported a bunch of the campaign office computers and cameras stolen. Guess what, they were never stolen, I dont know the full story there, but he probably did it for insurance reasons. He showed up in the states with a "stolen laptop and a stolen digital camera" and tried to trade them out with company ones that were identical. Luckily, me and another co-worker knew what was up prior and wouldnt allow him to trade them.
So, how in gods name do people like that end up with positions on city councils? I dont understand. At least they have no REAL power, but still, its messed up.
Its funny, my boss is so pathetic, instead of telling the company he lost the election, he tells them, "Yeah, I won 3 seats" trying to make it sound like he did well, when actually, he did horrible. He spent 3 million+ dollars during these campaigns to get people to like him more, and what did it get him? a spot on the city council. What a great business man. What a dip$#!t.
So tomorrow will be hell, he is returning with his witch of a wife to torment me. I wanted to take tomorrow off, but they wont allow me. Im still staying up late tonight to see the midnight screening of star wars, so I'll be sleep deprived for their return home. That'll suck, but there is more to life then those to pieces of trash and thier low paying, go nowhere job.
Hell, I wouldnt doubt if he's bringing back the listening devices that he purchased for his campaign office to bug my work. Thats great, what a psychopath.
WOOHOO! At least I have Smallville tonight, even if its the last one of the season. Man, I should really get a life, I dont know what there is going to be to talk about on here all summer. Last summer there was all kinds of movie crap and Welling talk, this year its all waiting around. Hrmmm. Guess I'll have to get some new hobbies.
