1)The creme a la creme of British actors is in it, 2)interesting aesthetics and 3)awesome trailer.

I've never read the book but the trailer looks incredible and makes me want to.
Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, and Mark Strong alone would be an incredible cast. Let alone the rest. Looks awesome

I will be watching the Oldman/Hardy scenes (if there are any) with peaked interest.

Everybody was whining about how it was going off topic from the lack of news, so they created this one, and then closed down the info hunters thread the next day, cause everybody stayed in there. Why they didn't just rename the info hunters to "info and general discussion" thread is beyond me.

That thread was getting out of hand but it was a great thread when we did, periodically, get news. Any plans to re-open it, say, when a Catwoman image is released? Just curious.

I really don't see why we need to, as this thread facilitates the same ideas and discussion that we had in the info thread. Plus, we have a Catwoman thread, too.

Thats true, maybe it's just the "General Discussion" that makes this thread seem dull. Perhaps add "News" somewhere into the title?

Ya, this thread needs to be renamed, as it seems people are getting confused. I think we should rename it the General News Discussion and Speculation Thread, so that way people know this is were to discuss and speculate on any news that doesn't have an already established thread.

Pay attention, something unpredictable ALWAYS seems to happen in Gotham. Remember, this is movie magic, and we're right there.

Gotham City is known for two things, crime and The Dark Knight. We'll be on set as the plot unfolds!

Either they are just really over hyping this to get more people, or a big action scene is going to be filmed. I just can't imagine such a big scene, possibly with big spoilers, to be filmed in front of thousands of people. It doesn't sound like something Nolan would like. But still, it sounds awesome. Whoever is able to go should go, it sounds fun. And it ups my excitement level for this movie by alot. t:
