3) Thou shalt show no sign of Bruce Wayne's early commitment to his war on crime

I do agree to some extent that in a WAY...Begins is a bit overrated, as amazing as it was...(because it was closest to the comics - story and character wise)...it still had room for improvement.

3) His commitment to war on crime started early. Right after he saw Falcone and than ran onto the boat (leaving Gotham to study the criminal mind)

6) Batman did use a fire arm in the comics, so showing Bruce about to use one is a good way of putting in the "hatred towards guns" *hense why he throws it into the water*

7) They don't have to show all the skills he gets. It is implied that he travelled the world and learned from different parts.
