I heard him say it too. I sort of feel sorry for Tobey, but he should have had more restraint than THAT.

Of course, the media's labelling it as worse than it is. I'd be willing to bet that the guy was a petulant jerk and the camera only caught Tobey at the end of his fuse with the guy. The guy may have even been amatuer paparazzi. The damn internet is trying to spur those people on these days.

In any case, this won't be good for Tobey. And with the stress of these premiers, over and over again (Why are they doing this is every *****ing country?), and the mark this will leave on him, I don't think he'll be coming back to Spider-Man.

People just need to leave celebrities alone when they're not "on" (meaning on the red carpet, at an autograph signing, etc..). If the guy's walking back to his hotel room, leave him the Hell alone. They get angry too.

Yeah I heard it too,but I don't blame Tobey. If someone poked a camera in my face,I wouldn't like it. If they asked prior to doing that,I wouldn't mind. Actually,I'd answer before I let them lol. I don't even like it when my own friends take photos of me when I'm unaware of it lol. But it (the incident) has been blown all out of proportion.

Actually I'm pretty sure you can see that he was clearly angry at the beginning of the clip. The guy was following him.

I call paparazzi.... because, you do know most paparazzi are like a 'punk'd' team right? Because that's what it looked like- a set up and edited video to get that.

I don't know. I think he's been on the go promoting and rewatching the movie every few days for 2 weeks straigiht and has another week to go. This includes LONG and I'm sure boring press junkets. He has to deal with papparazzi then and my guess is he has been followed by if not this guy members of the papparazzi for a while and we've all had bad days where we do something impulsive in annoyance and regret later. He didn't break the guy's camera or hit him, he just told some schmuck trying to grab a picture with him w/out permission to bugger off without curse words and knocked his camera down.

Big deal. Not really.
