Even if He wasn't to star in Spidey 5 and 6, He could defenitley star with the rest of the same Cast and Crew in Spidey4!.There's more of a chance he wont come back. His contract ended with sm3, he's 32 now and will probably demand nothing less than $25million, also, when do you thin PP will start shooting, in about over a year? He'll be 33 by then and by the time its released he'll be pushing 35 if he isn't already. Then, what happens for sm5 and 6? They'd definately have to recast because he'd be too old. If sony are smart, they'd have the sense to recast now, so they can complete a new trilogy with a new cast. Imo, Tmags is done with spidey and sony are done with him, he needs to go marry that jen chick and do more movies to feed his illegitimate child. Sorry but that last part is 100% true.
