So what off-color jokes was Sarah Silverman making about Tobey at the MTV Awards? Sounds like he wasn't there, but Silverman still worked in some Maguire material somehow. I didn't see it, and I can't find any details in the articles about it... and YouTube is blocked here so I can't search for it there! Anyone see it?

Tobey really does look cool in that Photo. He looks very serious as well.

But because he dances funny and intentionally in SM3 you are seeing people coming out of hte woodwork calling him a bad actor.

Nice pic. I'm really going to miss Tobey if this is indeed his last flick. I think he's nailed the character 100%. I was just watching the train scene from SM2 yesterday and I was impressed with the range of emotion that he showed in just a few minutes.

It's interesting because Tobey does seem to have a temper he has to continualy keep in check. They really could have pushed his dark side in the film a lot further, oh well, perhaps it was a bit truer to the Peter Parker character.

Is it just me or should this have been Symbiote Peter's movie look rather than the one we actually got? He looks so freaking intense, cold, and distant in this shot. And we don't have to deal with that absurd hairstyle.

It's interesting because Tobey does seem to have a temper he has to continualy keep in check. They really could have pushed his dark side in the film a lot further, oh well, perhaps it was a bit truer to the Peter Parker character.

At The Heart of The Matter Peter Parker's a Nerd, he's not a cool guy, he's not the avarage popular guy . He's a shy bookworm science Geek nerd ...

And When The Symbiote begins to bond with him slowly , It amplifies the Characteristics of Peter Parker (specifically aggression) but also his nerdy side .

I've seen it many times, When Nerdy guys go to a party and they have too much alchool to drink , They turn into Drunken Idoits and their nerdy side is amplified (They dance like fools) - Thinking their cool, (They try to Hook up with Chicks) - Thinking they finally gained some confindence in themselves , not realizing their making Jackass of themselves .


That's excatly what we saw in spidey 3 (When Emo Parker was doing the two Dance scene's) & Flirting with Gwen, Betty & Ursula

I completley agree. I really hope Tobey stays because he is without a doubt the best Peter/Spider-man there is IMO. Spidey1, Spidey2, and Spidey3 he has done an amazing job in and I think He should really stay.

Nah Emo Worked better, the pic above still looks like Peter Parker only very Pissed-off. Where as Emo Parker looked like Parker on Drugs .
