I ended it with my last post but they continue to argue, & if you read my post properly, you would see this: “Bulking up from 160 is a lot easier then bulking up from a (((malnourished))) 100 lbs to 220 lbs (Christian Bale) & he may not have wanted to bulk up or he is hypogonadal”.

The point being if he can do it in that condition (which can cause major hormonal problems making it more difficult to bulk back up) then a PRESUMABLY healthily Topher could to.

Please read my post before spouting dribble & even though Brock Jr.’s opinion on the subject differs from mine, he is right about the similarities between movie Brock & USM Brock.

This is an automated message do not respond.

yup,cuz everyones bodies work exactly the same.

People like you are why Raimi hated Venom. All muscles no substance. Raimi loves Venom now, because he was given depth, and is beautifully acted by Grace.

Venom is not a hulking mass. He's much more then that. And I'll take the little guy that brings so much to Brock above the brainless tarts that you think Brock is/should be.

I am a Venom fan. Not because he's big. Because of what he is...And Topher represent that...Fully.

Sure, but he did not get into shape either (breast pads not included). I think Brock Jr. is right, I don’t agree with it but I think he’s right.

Well on Ultimate, yes Eddie did look slimmer and blonder in Ultimate but Topher is playing a rival photographer shamed by Peter Parker and out for revenge who has lost his woman (though this time being Gwen instead of his wife) after a rough upbringing and a bad father who goes to church to pray that God will avenge him and forgive him for suicide when he is attacked by a symbiote and becomes Venom. The symbiote is space-bound by the way.

I think Raimi is being very faithful to his origin. I think if any character is there we need to worry about it is the prospect of Harry getting the shaft. Here we have one of the most powerful stories of the Spider-Man universe set up in the second film and he is completely being overshadowed by Venom....and SANDMAN? WTF?

But I am not worried about Venom though.

Harry never was much of a Goblin anyway..

Okay.

1. Show us some proof of these "breast pads" you keep speaking of.

2. You'd rather have a muscular guy or a good actor? And don't say both, because that's just stupid. You know very well Topher doesn't have to be huge to make a good Brock. Youd seem to have an obsession with his size, as if it's all you care about.

Point 2 is the most logical thing ive heard, ever

maybe they WANTED him to look like Ultimate Eddie

Who cares what he looks like? He's not Ultimate Eddie, as much as he may look like him. His size and name are the only true similarities.

you say that now
listen to Topher's description of the part
then go read Ultimate Venom
sounds pretty similar

Can you name the other similarities then?

Were their father's working on a cure for cancer, and that's how the symbiote came about? Are they former friends, who become enemies? Is Eddie not a rival photographer at the Bugle whoe develops a hatred for both Peter and Spider-man?

It's meant for him to mirror Peter, not to be an interpretation of the Ultimate version.

READ THE POST THOROUGHLY: “Bulking up from 160 is a lot easier then bulking up from a (((malnourished))) 100 lbs to 220 lbs (Christian Bale) & he may not have wanted to bulk up or he is (((hypogonadal)))”. <- Meaning Topher.

I never said people are exactly the same (quit putting words in my mouth) but the main components of bulking are universal: you take in more cal. (healthy cal.) more frequently meaning 5-7 meals a day.

With 1-2 grams of protein per pound of body weight, 2-3 grams of carbs per pound of body weight & let’s say you eat 5000 cal. a day then you should eat no more then 20-30% of fats (healthy fats) & 8-9 hrs. of quality sleep. That is a massive bulking diet, it’s the workout that should be a more personalized regimen.

You do not want to go there with me, you’ll lose every time.

When the F did I say I just wanted a muscular yet dimwitted actor & then you tell me don’t say both because that’s just stupid. You have a lot to learn about bodybuilding in general. Being a bodybuilder does not make you a moron. In fact, aside from myself, one of my best friends owns his own law firm with his brother & they started from the ground up. You don’t get that far in life by being a “meat head”.

Good night. The End. Go to bed. quit talking to me. Peace. :wolverine

Buddy, we do not need to know all the statistics and regimens of body building. Save that for conversation with your best friend.

You still cannot accept that we got a good actor for the role, although he is not a body builder. Yes, you can be a body builder and a good actor at the same time, but that's besides the point. It's too late now. We have a good actor, who will portray the character accurately. That's all that matters.

And who ever said body builders were morons? You've obviously been taking too many steriods for your body building, because it's YOU who is putting words in people's mouths.

I don't see how you automatically connect muscular with dimwitted?

Really, that was nowhere in the original statement.

A good night's rest may help you, because I have no idea what the flip you are talking about. :o

and the older Eddie was far more interested than Peter. In any case, this isn't Ultimate Eddie we're getting.

And none of those things will be in SM3, so what's the point? :venom:
