I heard that Matt Barkley is not one of the Heisman finalists this year, and it boggles my mind. His number is actually comparable to Andrew Luck's, who made it to the final round. Seems to me that they are intended to continue to punish USC by denying Barkley this honor, and it is a huge travesty.
