The ultimate College Football thread!!!!!!!!! OMG

I bet Okie State would be up by atleast 4 TDs if they were in this game. Alabama is on the road to replace USC as the evil empire of college football.

Is it me or does Jefferson look like he is about to cry?

He should be crying. He's played a terrible game today. Les Miles totally coached this game away, he shouldve put Lee in an hour ago.

For real, Jarret Lee should have been in when the second half started. Jefferson can only carry a game for so long.

Les Miles will be the topic of discussion...What he succeeded to do last time against Alabama when he switched Lee for Jefferson...He failed to do it the other way around here.

FAIL

Alabama wins = LSU fans scream for a "split" title

LSU wins = Alabama fans claim the title anyway

I'd say Alabama wins. What a letdown....just like their last meeting.

I hope Alabama wins, because I can't really stand Miles nor the LSU football team. And I hope if Tide wins, it'd make it into a BCS mess.

les miles gave it away....jefferson played like raw dog crap...oh well

destroy the bcs

Welp, Bama got rewarded for doing nothing.

Go to hell, BCS.

I'm sure the ratings for this game are going to be down from previous years, most of my football fan friends didn't watch, I guess thats what happens when you make the BCS Championship the SEC West Title Game

Thats what they get for not putting the explosive offense of Oklahoma State against this defense of Alabama.

This game sucked

Even the viewers knew this rematch was a mistake.

Monday’s #2 Alabama/#1 LSU BCS National Championship Game earned a 13.8 overnight rating on ESPN, down 14% from last year (AUB/ORE: 16.1), and down 24% from 2010 (ALA/TEX: 18.2, ABC).

Not surprising. That game was terrible.

Rumor about MAJOR changes to the BCS format....Playoffs maybe. What do you think these "Major Changes" are? I for one, would like to see 8 sixteen-team super conferences, with each conf champion be the representive in an 8-team playoff.

The superconference is overkill. They need to have a playoff with the champs of SEC, ACC, Big 10, Big 12, PAC 12, and bring in wild card teams in some fashion.

I say the conference champs with a few at-large bids from the highest ranked non-champs. That'd give you about eight teams for a three round playoff. Make all the BCS bowls plus a few extra playoffs games with the NC game as the final.
