Sorry for the lack of posting...again. I haven't had trouble in the other DC RPG as much but I finally posted again. I will try to do so more often.

Also, I'm not sure yet...but I talked to MB a while back and...I might drop Clayface and this RPG after my arc of "him becoming Clayface"; we will see; who knows; but that is the idea.

I am back. I previously played Hal Jordan here, and I know they must've been taken by now due to my sudden and unexplained inactivity. Since the last time I visited here, I've had some personal and technological crises that have kept from from being active anywhere online, and I can only profoundly apologise to those that I have left at an inconvenience. Character You Would Like To Play: Hartley Rathaway/ The Pied Piper

Basic History Of The Character:

Hartley Rathaway was born into a life of privilege and wealth and was a concert musician with an ear for music, he was also born a mute. His parents tried everything they could to make their son speak. They finally gave up and let him live a life of silence. Hartley took over his parent's company when they died in a plane crash, he started to use the companies funds to do research on sound manipulation and finnally designed a special flute that could manipulate sound as well as small air manipulation. After watching the news and see the recent exploits of the new metahumans he decides to use this weapon to fight crime.


Three Reasons Why You Have Chosen That Character:

1. He just looks so damn cool.

2. Just read about him in my DC Encyclopedia and he seems like a good obscure character than needs ultimizing

3. I like the fact that he has an unusal weapon

What Do You Plan On Doing With This Character As A Person: I plan on showing his early start in crimefighting and the lonliness of never being able to speak.

Thanks, yeah I know he's very obscure. A reformed villian of Flash. I was drawn to his look, in the encyclopedia his pic looks a lot like Moon Knight. I went to wikipedia after reading the article.

Might want to hold back on doing your first post, byrd, because I have an announcement for everyone...

This current season of the Ultimate DC RPG is coming to an end.

It's been a fun ride while it lasted, but ultimately, The Question and I decided that we're getting almost nowhere by continuing this current season. This season has been running since March, and it's almost January... So it's time that we stop beating around the bush and go forward with a new season.

The current season will last for another week, so as to allow all of us to wrap everything up. Then next Wednesday, the Season II OOC thread will go up and that Friday, it'll be followed up by the Season II game thread. Between now and then, everyone has time to ready their character for the end of this season. But the season will end on that day, regardless of who is ready and who isn't.

You can reserve your character in this thread. But at this time, we're still undetermined as to whether or not anyone will have to re-apply for their character in Season II... So have those applications at the ready. (For the record, yes, I will be reprising my role as Batman/Bruce Wayne.)

This first season has been an absolute blast. Hopefully we can all make sure that the RPG carries on to add even greater seasons to it's history.
