He's pretty much Lex's underling, so I can't really do much until Andy starts posting again.

Yeah, I've been kinda struggling to come up with stuff for Lex to do during the whole Despero arc. Most of what I've got planned for him kinda hinges on the League being around. But yeah, I'll try and get a Lex post up tonight, so if you're still wanting to play Pete, we could at least get some dialogue going.
