Character You Would Like To Play: Jim Gordon
Basic History Of The Character: James Gordon is a good cop living in Gotham. He formed his own group of officers known as the Untouchables who are a special squad of police men who often work outside the law to do what is necessary.
At one point, one of his Untouchables tried to kill him, having plotted this from the very start. In an odd twist of fate, the Joker killed him, and saved Gordon's life.
Gordon continues to work with the force, having an alliance with the Batman, to clean up Gotham. He hopes one day the city can come back from its brink, and be a place without crime.
Three Reasons Why You Have Chosen That Character:
1. James Gordon is an interesting character. The fact that he has no powers makes him even more interesting to pick up.
2. I like Gordon. He's one of the few good cops in Gotham, and he's a noble man.
3. To clean up Gotham.
What Do You Plan On Doing With This Character As A Person (IE: How are you 'utlimizing' him or her?): I plan on having Gordon be a good policeman, enforcing the law and doing what he must in order to fix the corruption around him.

(not necessarily my first post)
I sit in a squad car keeping close watch on the street. Next to me, sitting in the driver seat, is lieutenant Bullock. As I watch, he eats a large sandwich, making all kinds of distracting noises as he consumes it. I try my best to ignore his gluttonous gorging, and keep my mind focused on the job.
As I watch, I see the door to a strip club open. Out walks a man in a trenchcoat, followed by two men behind him. They are too close to him to be stalking him. No, these men are his protection. I scope them out too, trying to look for anything suspicious. Problem with these crooks is, they all wear trenchcoats. Large clothes, baggy or concealing. Perfect apparel to hide weapons in.
I grab the binoculars from the glove compartment in front of me. Quickly, I hold them up to my eyes and try to get a close look. The man in front turns, and I get a quick glimpse of his face. It's him.
"Bullock, start the car." I say to him, putting the binoculars back in the compartment.
"It's Cobblepot."
