But Executioner's role? Very out of place for him

The sandman episode turned out to be pretty good but Damage was so boring that I stopped watching 2/3 of the way through, Home Sick Hulk was awful, and Run Pig Run felt like it was written for toddlers.

I really want this show to die....to bad we have AT LEAST one more season of this crap to go.


Marvel is so busy trying to use this show to advertise their other properties and merchandise (and even the damn Spider-Man Broadway Musical!!!!) that they've neglected the one character and mythology that matters.....Spider-Man!

Instead they convert him into a derivative, generic (hot headed) tween hero akin to Ben Ten and steal from other sources such as Deadpool and Scott Pilgrim to create a freaky Frankenstein monster that hardily resembles Spider-Man past the costume and powers.

This show is an abomination.

I admit that the Hulk episode was bad. Peter Porker, I'm a little torn because I loved that stuff when I was a kid and it was delightfully cheesy, like Bruce Campbell caliber.

However, the truth is that I will probably support anything that gives me new Coulson every 2-6 weeks.

Some of them are genuinely funny, others are a little on the meh side. I think my favorite was Spider-Man & Green Goblin playing out the old "it's not a purse/it IS a purse" gag from Seinfeld.

Well I finally started watching this Ultimate Spidey cartoon by DVR'n it. I'd seen the first 2 or 3 back when it started.... but wasn't too impressed. But I've watched three of the latest eps, and it seems like its getting better. I'll have to pick it up on dvd or blu-ray when they decide to release it one day, and watch them all. The whole third wall thing does kinda get old fast, so hope they decide to tune that down more.
