Countdown was one of the funnest experiences in comics. So terrible, yet so good. I mean by Week 20 you're like "Wow, this is a piece of **** but I already bought 20 weeks of it, I have to see what other crazy **** they throw in here."

my closing thoughts on the Green Lantern film....again big Hal Jordan fan, the movie just feels thrown together with no heart whatsoever

even the interaction with his brother at the beginning......in the books, his brother isn't a dick to him and Hal isn't a dick back....he does worry about Hal but its not confrontational

it was just wrong....and Im done....I shall now purge it from my memory banks

Countdown provided a LOT of joke fodder. For that, I love it.

He's actually a pretty damn good story-teller, it's just a lot of his concepts suck and reek of his Silver Age fanboy love.

I've cringed at a lot of the crap ideas he's had but he paces stuff well.

I'm not surprised there are people who love his stuff, it's not my thing... I just think a lot of the people who do like his stuff aren't familiar with too much else, because that's the only explanation I can come up with for people overlooking his treatment of Wally and Kyle.

i hate that he brought sinestro back, made him cool again, then rode him into the ground to the point that i wish he would die.

hey, what ever happened to radu? i miss that guy, he should show up on some random planet serving coffee. because it would make no sense.

Uh... really well. It's been in the top ten consistently and September's issue only dropped below the top 5 because it had to compete with the titles DC's marketing has been telling people are important from the New 52.
