So I've seen Paranormal Activity 3 and its so creepy. Its a great prequel to the first two movies as well and has some really frightening moments

I cant sleep after seeing it though :csad:

The final scene was pretty intense.
The ghost sheet scene and when Katie bumped into Toby were my favorite scenes.

Halloween is near that also means my check list is almost complete.

In the Mouth of Madness is one of my favourite horror movies. It's such a fab creepy idea and has such a bleak and scary ending. The design of the things from Kane's books is brilliant and horrible too

Mystirious, do you read Sutter Cane?

Yeah it was pretty ****ing scary. Gotta love the scene that involved some hair pulling.

Yeah it was intense. It's a good modern horror trilogy.

so just finished Arkham City.....awesome

and then visited Crime Alley :csad:

The Fades season finale was awesome hope the BBC renew a 2nd series thats longer than 6 episodes.

I'm got Park Chan Wook (Vengeance Trilogy 'Oldboy' ect) Vampire movie the Thirst the other day.

The ending of AC was sad :(

Talia's sweet CG Ass is the best part of the game.

Really? I dunno. Her nose was a bit off to me.

I was more into Catwoman surprisingly. Though I wish her voice was a little more fierce like it was in B:TAS.

I actually felt sorry for Strange at the end of the day.

He was like the ultimate obsessive fanboy.

Hell, he got a Doctorate in his fanboyism.

Well...Creepy, murderous, genocidal fanboyism to be sure. But a fanboy nevertheless.

**** Hawkman.

I would have to agree that Catwoman was sexier than Talia overall

And Strange was a rather pitiable person. The voice actor who played him did a good job of making him seem genuinely crazy

So Mass Effect is proving to be more frustrating than I'd imagined; through no fault of the game itself. I keep wanting to run into rooms full of baddies guns-blazing and getting pwned(after clearing half the room by myself though :o). I need to remember to use my squad more and look for cover when my weapon overheats. I actually tried to run up to a guy and hit him one time when I overheated :O

I don't like games like that. I'm the player character dammit, I'm a badass!

I've given up on trying to understand Hawkman. I wrapped my head around Donna Troy, Rachel Summers, and Cable. That's enough complicated origins for me.

Holy crap. Cards on the table. Paranormal Activity 3 was garbage. Shot well? Yes. Spooky? Sort of. The fan/camera was a nice new trick but the tricks they use are tiresome at this point. Oh a light flicked on? Seen that before. A person stands and sways for a few hours. Seen that before. Their bag of tricks is stale and they added nothing new.

What they did add was backstory garbage.
Why was there no scene showing their house burn down? That would have been a great end to the film. The fireplace was in the center of the shot for about 20% of the film and was filled with flamable stuffed animals. Both sisters talk about the fire in the previous films. Why not show it here? Instead we get a cliched evil grandma ancient cult ******** ending. You know where I've seen that before? Halloween. It didn't work there. It doesn't work here. What exactly are the demons motivations? It wants one of the girls to have a son? Okay, that's fine. So why does it kill Christy (or whatever the younger one's name is) in the 2nd film if she and the creature become so buddy/buddy in this one? How did the girls ever even part ways with evil grandma to grow up and have fmailies? Why was there no mention of their dead parents in the previous films?
The makes of this sequel had the oppurtunity to make something fresh for the series, but instead fell into horror film cliches and were victims of sloppy, lazy writing. The film fails as a prequel. It's continuity is as awful as the script and its gags are stale as hell.

So you didn't like it?

I was disappointed that the filmmakers dropped the ball on a film that could have completed an otherwise decent horror trilogy.

Everything in that spoiler is incorrect.
