You know, as far as BL being banned goes, I'm reminded a lot of the end of World's Greatest Dad....I mean, I liked him in his own way and he did make for interesting conversations, but dude was a dick. And I honestly don't think it was in a funny, over-the-top kind of way either, I think he had some legitimate belief to half of the nonsense he spewed (most of which he didn't have half a clue what he was talking about). He'd gotten a lot better over the last year or so, but I don't know, I still found him fairly unbearable at times.

I don't know, it does kind of suck to see him go in some ways, but the only real surprise I can have is that it didn't happen a long time ago, because he was always throwing around insults and ****. I don't know, I kind of felt sorry for him in cocoon of intense self-loathing and cynicism, but I'm not sure if I'll really miss him all that much.

i completely agree with you. i was sad to see him go only because he made things fun with his opposite opinions.

Thank you for helping me save money. Thank you for taking one of the few joys in my life and turning it into a weekly chore. I used to buy crap books because I didn't want to break my collection, but now, since it's re-numbered...I can!

I dropped Superman, Action Comics, Detective Comics and almost everything else.

My list at my LCS used to be two pages long with titles. I think i'm down to 10 or 11 DC books and a few indys. I'm starting a new job in a few weeks and i'm going to have the cash flow, just not the comics to spend it on.

The good news about the 'New 52' is the books that i do still read are pretty damn good. Batman, Batman and Robin, The Flash, Green Lantern are all on point every month.

i have the getting better books like Red Hood, Supergirl, Nightwing titles too.

then there are books like Batwoman and Aquaman and Swampthing that i have all 3 of but haven't read any of them yet.

action comics is maybe the best book dc has on the stands right now. green lantern is the same as it has been, meh, still not interested. all the batman books are crap i need to try nightwing though. whatever you do stay the hell away from teen titans. i swear it is didio's mission in life to ruin tim drake.

The Flash is definitely my favorite book out of the New 52. Followed very closely by Action Comics and Animal Man. Swamp Thing, Green Lantern, Batman, Aquaman, and Supergirl not too far behind either.

The only Batman book I'm reading (or have ever really had interest in reading) is the current Batman and Robin. Though I'm liking him in JLI too.

Batwoman is my absolute favourite DC title right now and my favourite comic book in general

Closely followed by Stormwatch, Batman, Aquaman and most of the 'Dark' titles as well as Resurrection Man and Legion of Superheroes

Teen Titans has become more enjoyable for me with issue three, though Tim's costume still makes me cry

Batman is the best book DC has. Action might be good for most of you people but i'm not liking the retconned elements.

No, it wasn't. You see Krypto in Action #3 in the Krypton flashback and he isn't remotely goat-like. The goat-thing was also pretty small, Krypto was about half Jor-El's height on it's 4 legs. They've confirmed he was dead, not that he was goat-thing.

Also, the homeless woman said "There's a ghost watching over you. There's a white dog." So maybe he's in the Phantom Zone or something? I dunno.

Considering all of the Silver Age love DC has been throwing around these past few years, I'm surprised they've gotten rid of Krypto for the relaunch. I loved that dog.

Then again, having a pet might humanize Clark too much, and they've said they're going out of their way to make Clark less human for some reason...
