Aye, Bowie is definitely in the top ten of artists who contributed to the tapestry of rock in such a way as to give it it's longetivity.

Funnily enough, just as I was logging back on there, the radio started playing the Bowie song 'Supermen', which, with Oberon and Mysti starting up this Bowie talk on a comics board, is a nice coincidence.

and on the subject of 'crazy act', well, i recall being thought of as 'crazy' under certain 'Mysterious' circumstances a while back, but was eventually vindicated as not only sane, but a good detective, I wouldn't dismiss my observations so quickly.

I'm pissed they removed it from Netflix instant... But I suppose this is a blessing in disguise, now I have to buy the dvd.

Or it's a licensing issue. Studios only license things to stream for certain periods, it seems. Same thing happens with some movies and most TV shows on Hulu.

yea...some stuff is always on there, some stuff is on for about 90-120 days, comes off, then goes back on in a few months

Yep sadly its the same with most services like that

Some films are available for ages and ages but others are only available for a limited time

Yeah, it's somewhat paraphased, though. He was talking about how he managed to keep on schedule with his scripts and such so well when he does so many titles, and he said it was because he didn't drink and didn't play video games. The exact quote is this,

"So, I don't drink and I don't play video games, which is the more horrible things to happen to mainstream comics-the creation of PlayStation. If they were to take them away from comic creators you wouldn't even hear about a late book."

It's in Powers Vol. 3.
