Yeah thats great! Also very pleased to hear Hawkeye will resemble his Ultimate look, really this is also how his introduction should be in the Avengers film:

Well when you gotta do a dirty job you gotta do it, i loved the little touches like Fury being the godfather of his children and how he prayed before every mission and hanged out with his family before missions and whatnot. I also love his chill attitude even at the face of a war he can crack a laughter at any dire situation.
