I broke my leg over the summer when I was nine. Thats the first time I used it. Also when I got even more addicted to TV and movies.
Nope.Wasn't all it was cracked up to be, was it?

Does Webtv count?
DrifterTheNomadDoes anybody remember their old AOL screen name(s)?
I think my first one was NinjaShoes or something like that.
Yeah, AOL was a very seedy place.I remember AOL and randomly chatting with likely predators. GOOD TIMES.![]()
Another former WebTV user?!
I got the WebTV back when it was still new and had the ability to (slowly) play MPEG files. Then it downloaded an upgrade that allowed us to use MSN Messenger, but we lost the ability to watch videos.
That was the first internet I owned, though. I'm pretty sure the first time I ever used the internet was at my cousins' house. They had AOL.
Oh God, I had WebTV. Remember the little car driving toward the city that was onscreen whenever you connected? More often than not, that car took quite awhile to reach its destination.
I definitely remember the MSN upgrade. My friends from the Talk City chat rooms and I were stoked.
