I get why they went with Tatum but ain't nobody checking for Kunis.
I think it's the two leads. They just feel so out of place. I get why they went after popular actors but I just feel like neither Tatum or Kunis fit this type of movie. Maybe they'll surprise me, but I doubt it. Kunis wasn't very good in that Oz movie either. And Tatum proved that epics aren't his strong suit with "The Eagłe."
Portman... might have been better. It depends on which Portman we would have gotten. Because if it was Thor 2 Portman than maybe Kunis was the better option, haha.
They did those things to try and save the film. It's unusual to pull a film weeks before it's release, the story about that being done because the visual effects weren't ready sounds like pure ********. Allegedly the film tested very poorly and the studio got scared.i was hyped for the original cut of the movie. thats now over. they rewrotte, reshoot and recut the movie. i hope we get a detailed description of the original story.
i will watch it for the visuals. i think there is something original about them.
I agree with others here about Tatum being miscast.
So not original in the general sense at all.the designs are amazing. very original for a hollywood movie IMO.
That's a very accurate statement.
"Dammit, you're killing my Oscar chances!"Eddie Redmanye is like, "you have to burn all copies of this film".![]()
