well, Spike Lee's 25th Hour is amazing, so I would rather judge him by his movies than the person behind the camera. If that's the case, I shouldn't watch movies by Woody Allen or Roman Polanski.

The Illusionist, especially if you've seen The Prestige. I think I'm the only person who likes both The Illusionist and The Prestige. The general consensus is, if you like one, you hate the other.

Thanks! I borrowed it from my friend who likes both and we group up together and have extremely similar tastes when it comes to film. I have a feeling I'll like it, just not so sure if I'll like it more than The Prestige.

Hm. I enjoy Cloverfield. Never saw the Mist.... so my Cloverfield vote might not exactly count.
