Silvestri draws one of the best Wolverines. It's a cryin' shame he's no longer steady at Marvel.

This new story has me on the edge of my seat. can't wait to see if Bucky is the Winter soldier. I still don't like Bucky coming back, it's also funny that he and Jason Todd came back around the same time.

According to Capt America #14, Bucky is indeed Winter Soldier. He is controlled by the Red Skull/Aleksander Lukin & the Cosmic Cube from WAYYYYY back apparently. Cap catches up with him in the Mtns of WVa in this book.
Should be interesting how they crossover with Wolverine.

holy moly I dunno, there was just someone who wrote it in the invincible thread in the misc comics forum.

I always though Sabretooth was... older than Wolverine.

I found that this was interesting;

Comic book writing-veteran Chris Claremont had originally intended for Sabretooth to be Wolverine's father, thats why in his incarnation of the character Sabretooth always considered Logan "sloppy seconds" to his "original" / "real deal." The other critical element presentation of their relationship was that, in their whole life, Logan has never defeated Sabretooth in a knock-down, drag-out, kill-or-be-killed berserker fight. By the same token, on every one of his birthdays, Sabretooth has always managed to find him, no matter where Logan was or what he was doing, and come within an inch of killing him. For no other reason than to remind him that he could.[3]

I think Sabertooth had some very crazy dreams while he was in a coma healing. They have always hated each other, and I don't think anyone "really" knows why, except maybe like 2 stud dogs hating each other just because of what they are; "There can only be one" kinda deal. Marvel has toyed with the idea that Sabertooth is Wolverine's father, as well as, them being "half" brothers, and now THIS. Someday Marvel will realize, they are No relation. O and lets not forget how they have used Mystique with each of them. That just gives me the creeps!

In House of M they put Mystique with Logan as his "partner" they ended up more then that. She "loved him". gag...The in the old series, remember Mystique & Sabs had a son together. He became the Humans against Mutants guy "Friends of Humanity". Sabs was quoted one time as saying she could turn a guy inside out with those eyes of hers. Go fig...
