Three reasons why you have chosen that character:
1) I've had a fascination with the Flash's speed for a long time.
2) Wally West should still be the Flash, not a hyperaged Bart Allen. He was good as Kid Flash.
3) We need a Flash in the JLA.

I will explain his speed in the best way possible, not to mention certain Speed Force ideas that I can relate to the RPG. Plus, expect some crazy fight scenes between the Flash and his rogues.

I started this game.
Please provide a small sample post with original content in the style that you plan to write your character in:
The building begins to fall around me. There are innocents around that need help and the building's beginning to fall. I kick my speed into high gear, and everything around me begins to slow down. The rubble, suspended in midair, formed barriers between me and the people I really needed to save. I payed close attention to my hand as it grabbed the debris and set it in a pile on the ground. One bad move, you know, with grabbing things at superspeed, and it could been breaking an arm. I had to be careful.
I ran to the people and one by one, set them outside. Innocents first, villains later. Dodging pieces of the roof that would soon become pieces of the ground, I finally set down the last kid. It was now time for "-villains later".
There were three men, garbed from head to toe in green robes. Kobra, obviously. At least it's better than their snake gear. I wouldn't let those snakes on a plane.
I ran towards the three, as they stood almost perfectly still, except for slow movement. As I approached them at superspeed, I saw from a distance a laser heading right at me. I dodged it and decided to head on an alternate route. They had probably thought out traps for superspeedsters. They were backed up against a wall, though, and I new how to get them.
I ran out the nearest wall by vibrating my molecules at an enormous rate. I then ran around the collapsing building, hopefully to get there before they would teleport away. For all I new, the laser was a failsafe to intitiate their teleportation. I then shoved my vibrating through the wall behind them, but this time, from the opposite side.
The wall exploded, blasting them away from each other. As one begain to dematerialize, I knocked out the other two, and grabbed the first. I destroyed his teleportation device with a small tap. I vibrated his head into a wall and slowed down my own pace, keeping my hand vibrating enough not to kill him but slowing down to the speed of sound so I could talk with him.
"Kobra?"
"Mmphfpmmf!"
I bring his head out of the wall.
"Tell me what I want to know or I'll vibrate your head into the wall and keep it there for good. You tried to murder innocent children. In a daycare center!"
"**** you-"
I kick my speed higher and I slam his head into the wall. This time, it hits the wall and he drops to the ground, unconscious.
"Man, they never learn."
I grab his limp body and i run him outside, where I vibrate his clothes into a nearby busstand. Try getting out of this one, dumbass.
It's then I realize I'm late for dinner. And the kids, the kids need a father, not a superhero.
I'm a superhero AND a father AND a husband.
I'm the Flash.
