I like the guy, but he's in danger of the fans turning on him due to the super-push. It's been said time and time again...he's not ready for what they're trying to do with him. Maybe he will develop tremendously between now and 'Mania...we'll see.
This is part of the reason I didn't want to see the Shield break up at that point. Primarily because I think they could have done a bit more with them as a unit, but also because I knew they would single out Reigns and push him too soon. They could hide his limitations in the Shield, but in singles matches, his shortcomings are glaringly apparent.
Am I the only one who actually likes Roman Reigns?
I do think a Mid card title would benefit him.
Although where the hell does that leave Bray Wyatt if they push Reigns?
I don't see those shortcomings. The Superman punch and the spear and the wolf-howl and all that are very effective showstoppers. He just wouldn't be credible against Brock. I wouldn't give him a title shot against Lesnar; I'd wait til Cena gets it back, or someone else gets it, before letting Reigns wear it. In the meantime, he should work towards getting the Intercontinental or US belt for some xp.
Bobby Lashley? Really?![]()

Not being credible against Brock is the problem since the vibe is that Reigns is Cena's successor, and is the one lined up end the Lesnar Reign of Terror.
The aforementioned moves are fine but he needs add more moves, ones that he uses before going for the comeback and the five moves of doom
An increase his in-ring psychology would do him some good too.
There have been at times in his matches some deadspots. Granted against someone like Orton that's always a risk. But a stronger wrestle like Daniel Bryan would prevent deadspots and cover them with his energy and moves.
I think the chances are very high that we'll see Rybaxel vs. The Usos again for the millionth time at Night of Champions.
Although I want to see Slater Gator vs. The Usos.
What about Sheamus as a contender for Brock's title? Not a big fan of Fella myself, but he's at least a big enough and tough enough brawler to give Lesnar a legit fight. Have they ever fought before?
