Went to my first ever WWE house show yesterday.
Was fantastic, amazing to see all the little kids in full Cena uniform, some barely able to speak but still know his name.

Got to see some good matches.
- 3MB (Drew and Hinder) working face with Santino and A-Ri against Prime Time, Primo and Epico. Santino is fantastic live, really gets the crowd going and very funny. Shield came in after the match and beat down the faces.

- Fandango v Dibiase Jr. Crowd not into Fandango at all. Dibiase was solid and did some funny dancing to wind up Fandango.

-Natalia v Alicia Fox. Natalia looked abit podgy than normal, alot of spanking and hair pulling.

-Mark Henry v Khali. Was good to see Henry pull of the Worlds Strongest Slam on Khali in person, mans a beast.

- Swagger v Del Rio in a no DQ match. Some kendo stick action, Del Rio went through a table but still won. Del Rio got a huge pop .. just not from me who booed him.

- Wade v Justin Gabirel for the IC title. Gabirel is a great performer, shame he won't ever get much of a push. Wade got a moderate pop to say it was his home crowd.

- Orton v Big Show. Orton got possibly the second biggest pop of the night. Show did great heel work, refusing to get into the ring for the match to start for around 5-10mins.

- Main Event: Sheamus and New Age Outlaws v Shield. Outlaws got a pop from the adults, Sheamus got the Cena crowd. Fairly short match with some good old school spots from the Outlaws. Shield brought a chair in and got DQ'd, seemed out of place and slightly rushed.

Overall a great first WWE show, now to get tickets for live tv Raw or SmackDown this Friday!

The Shield was DQ'd when I saw them in a dark match after a smackdown taping last month too.

I kinda wish they'd stop doing that if they're going to keep saying they're undefeated on tv.

I can't say I was impressed when they were in ring.

They're generally awesome, every match they've had on tv/ppv has been either good or great.

Their dark matches are just bland as all hell, because as you said they're rushed and over before they build any momentum with some lame DQ finish.

So....where's Christian? Is he still injured?

I assumed they just released him.

It's rather obvious he's not taken seriously there.

Even as the champion he was basically depicted as a whiney loser.

They took this off!!!!!!!!!!

The fact that it was deleted by a mod the first time should tell you it was not appropriate for the forum, so use you head an think about it, and why try and post it again when you know what will happen

God I love AJ.

Now I really wish someone would figure out how to hide posts from people on my ignore lists when they're quoted :(

As for Christian he's been cleared for awhile as I understand it. Just Uncreative seemingly has nothing for him. Hell I'd have him return as The Shield leader, though they don't even need one

Or come back and feud with Ziggler

Ziggler vs. Christian fued for the title would be great. I don't understand how they don't have ANYTHING for him. That just seems weird.

Christian should go back to TNA he was at least respected there.

Sums up my views on Impact, this Styles angle is going so well I hope they don't flub it, I loved the subtle changes in his ring work. I agree on them needing to pull back on the amount of Aces & Eights, the amount of unsubtle cheating in every match they are in is also getting tiring.

Yeah little things like with his psychology really sell it. His movements and pacing have changed a bit too.

They also need to ditch the X-cam, it adds nothing and is pure gimmickery...unless they put it in the Knockout's locker-room.

Agreed. Or even down Brooke Tessmachers top during a match. :awesome: I can think of worse things than a boobs eye view of Mickie James on top of her.

I wonder if any of this stuff is his subliminal thoughts sneaking out.

Well considering what his best friend Bruti used to wear to work...

If these guys are anything to each other it's like they are pretty much, Mr.Perfect/Bret Hart or even the Chris Jericho/Chris Benoit for each other when it comes to in-ring chemistry imo. I love how in sync these guys are as well as how they worked the crowd and that AJ's interferences were alot more subtle and effective due to Big E not being at ringside. These two definitely need to have a well developed and written feud for the title one day, whether it's for the WHC title or even the WWE title in the somewhat distant future. It's on youtube so it's not hard to find at the moment.

When Dolph and Bryan get in the ring together and work a match the magic happens. Totally agree on the Hart-Hennig/Bryan-Ziggler comparison. Theres a similar thing going on when each pair worked together.

Agreed on both. I can understand a change for Teddy. He hasn't been a heel in years...but I don't see any kind of great payoff to this feud. Maybe some kind of Team Booker vs Team Teddy kind of battle at a PPV but thats it.

As for Ambrose hes got IT. He could easily be a top heel or one of the top guys. Down the line I could see him making some serious money with Punk or Cena.

Spoken like the true cold hearted politician he is. Of course someone like him would have no regrets. He backstabbed to a lot of what he got and played the game.

Q: What are your plans when you come back to Impact Wrestling this month? Will you go after teh X-Division Title or Tag Titles?
SABIN: My goal will be the World Title

Q: Is it possible the MCMG (Motor City Machine Guns) return later this year?
SABIN: Not possible at all

Agree with him on the reverse battle royale. What a TERRIBLE f***n concept. Thats really sad to hear about the MCMG's but I guess it was obvious by now. On the other hand I imagine both guys have higher singles ambitions and staying a tag team forever won't help get them there. They have to break out on their own. Its understandable.

Probably all of it. He really needs some time off to heal. If WWE would actually do a better jiob of building new stars this wouldn't be as much of a problem. Instead they are so desperate the are actually thinking about bringing him back before he might be ready.

If Ryder hadn't gone out of his way to try and get attention then he'd be as much of a blimp on the WWE radar as Hawkins has been since they split the team up years ago.

This and the Hart Dynasty split made no sense to me. They were solid teams with better prospects AS teams. WWE keeps trying to lamely rehash the Rockers split over and over but have no idea why that worked better. They tried with Cryme Tyme too. All those teams should have stuck together....and when teams do split not every team has to feud.

Pretty surprising since they are in the UK. I figured he'd get a better reaction. Maybe not being on tv had something to do with it? Or maybe not. EIther way this gimmick needs REALLY smark crowds to get over the way WWE wants it to. Thats pretty clear now.

Which is a shame and REALLY damn annoying because Christian could have been more. Its just about too late now. He's not getting any younger. Christian had the talent but Vince always put him in this niche where he didn't see anything in him.

Vince McMahons a blind stubborn old a** and creative has their nose up him.

Christian could really put Dolph over as champ properly too.

E! ANNOUNCES NEW SERIES REVEALING THE REAL WOMEN BEHIND THE WWE® DIVAS THAT PROVES THE DRAMA IS EVEN BIGGER WHEN THEY STEP OUTSIDE THE RING

“Total Divas” Goes Inside the Personal Lives of the Sexy Superstars Who Entertain Tens of Millions of Passionate Fans Every Week and the Newcomers Vying for that Coveted Title

Los Angeles, CA - April 22, 2013 – Adored by millions of fans, the gorgeous women called WWE Divas have earned their places as sports entertainment icons through more than just their pretty faces and red hot figures. It takes a lot of work and guts to enter the competitive WWE family, where youth is golden. This summer, E! will take viewers into a whole new world of drama when “Total Divas” explores life beyond the ring for seven WWE Divas who must wrestle with the challenges of life in the spotlight, a grueling work and travel schedule, and the intense competition for prominence in a career that leaves little time for a personal life.

"I’m thrilled for E! and WWE to join forces and pull back the curtain on one of pop culture’s most fascinating arenas," said Suzanne Kolb, President E! "With tens of millions of weekly fans at their disposal, these glamorous, entertaining and powerful women prove that behind the glitz of the spotlight, the locker room drama and the jockeying for position within the organization, they are all drawn to one thing: stardom.”

“We are excited to work with E! on the launch of 'Total Divas,' a series that will showcase the professional and personal lives of WWE’s multi-talented female performers,” said Kevin Dunn, Executive Vice President, Television Production, WWE. “There is no series on the air that can rival the charm, beauty, larger than life personalities, drama and glamour that this show will deliver.”

The series will focus on a select group of seven women from the ranks of the WWE Diva corps. Five are established Divas who are no strangers to the life, and two are newbies, girls who have entered into the Diva training program, but have yet to prove themselves worthy of the title. Throughout the series, we will see these women attempting to establish their own pecking order, as the new girls attempt to handle the jealousy and pressure that comes with working your way up the ladder for the most airtime, ring time and top celebrity status. With no two days alike and juggling their constant demands, the Divas definitely find time to celebrate their star status by traveling the world for their various charities, appearing in feature films, attending star-studded red carpets and glamorous photo shoots. Through it all, the everyday challenges of maintaining relationships with their boyfriends, as well as their families, in their over the top lifestyles start to take their toll on the girls.

Appearing in the series are the Bella Twins, Brie and Nikki, a pair of seasoned veterans who have reached superstar status in the WWE ring and earned their places in the spotlight. The duo will work harder than ever to maintain this level of excellence, whether the newbies like it or not. Naomi and Cameron are two knockouts whose dance routines have made them stars on the tour. When conflict and success collide head on between these two, will both be left standing? They don't call them Divas for nothing! Natalya is a third-generation sports entertainment star who knows the ropes and knows them well. She's seen lots of doors open for other Divas, but often finds herself left behind when it comes to achieving superstar status. Can she continue to soldier on as a perennial "bridesmaid"? And tagging into the ring as the newest member of the Divas is Eva Marie, a passionate, sexy, extremely competitive force that wants stardom more than anyone else. Also joining in on the action is Jo--Jo Offerman, an entertainer at heart, young and energetic who will no doubt be a charismatic force in the ring.

The show kicks off with an unprecedented look inside the most-anticipated WWE event of the year, WrestleMania®, marking the first time that any television series was granted exclusive behind-the-scenes access to WWE. Following the drama, the series heads to WWE’s flagship television program, Monday Night Raw®, with a match between the Bellas in one corner, and Naomi/Cameron (aka “The Funkadactyls”) in the other. They bring on the drama from the very start, and alliances are quickly formed on the road as the new girls choose sides. And with some WWE Superstars vying for the romantic attention of the girls, the drama comes to a boil quickly, and shows no sign of slowing down.

Total Divas is produced by WWE and Bunim-Murray Productions. Jon Murray, Gil Goldshein, Jeff Jenkins and Russell Jay are Executive Producers for Bunim-Murray Productions.

Who is that on the far right? I really wish WWE would being back Maria and Melina. They both look great in this pic.

The one on the far right is former TNA Knockout Rosita who recently had a WWE try out.

Christian should go back to TNA he was at least respected there.

I also think he should go back, but I'm worried about him getting buried over there too. Is TNA pissed at him for leaving them in the first place?
