oh wow

t:No, I think they actually have a direction with the character, but everytime they try to pull the trigger on it, something happens like him getting injured by Thwagger.
Or Mania season comes around the corner and they try their BEST to ruin him like they were doingfrom January to March by giving him the jobber entrance and making him constantly job to Miz, Ryback, Kane, and Alberto Del Rio.
Not to mention STILL insisting on shoving Alberto Del Rio down everyone's throats.
No, I think they actually have a direction with the character, but everytime they try to pull the trigger on it, something happens like him getting injured by Thwagger.

They give like, everyone the jobber entrance now.
The thing with jobbing him out the way they did, they wanted to make him a "vulnerable" champion when he cashed in, but have him overcome the odds once he was a champion. Unfortunately, when he finally cashed in, he got injured and they had to scrap his reign. Then they did the double turn, turning Dolph face, and now they have to go with this "get him away from AJ and Big E" route, and it's unfortunately taken him out of the title picture.
I'm hoping RVD doesn't beat Del Rio for the title so that Dolph can get the title back.

The one thing the current generation has that no other generation had before them is that nobody seems to have a problem putting anyone else over and helping to make someone else a star.
Say what you will about the Golden Age or the Attitude Era, but if Hogan, Hart or Michaels didn't like you, they wouldn't do a thing for you. And if they didn't like you three years ago, they wouldn't change their mind.
Del Rio's doing a great job and he deserves to have a lengthy reign due to his shoddy booking in the past. Not going to lie though, I do want Rob Van Dam to finally win the World Heavyweight Title.
Sometimes, I wish I understood WWE's thought process when it comes to Ziggler's character because why is Ziggler's best promo work on Backstage Fallout when he hardly gets 2 minutes to speak on Raw and Smackdown most of the time: http://youtu.be/ekkC1nmkuBk
Sometimes I wonder if WWE punishes the fans for liking Ziggler by giving him super limited screen time despite his segments bringing in viewers and him being over with the crowd?
t:I expect it to get worse.Hey! That'ths a legitimat thpeech impediment, and it'ths rude to give thomeone crap over it!
Side note, when he tokes do you think the speech impediment goes away?![]()
Does any old school Jim Crockett Promotions fans think that Magnum T.A could have been as big as Hulkamania if he wouldn't have gotten injured? He was gaining a lot of steam as a star on the rise and had more talent than Hogan on the mic and in that ring.
Also, should he be inducted in the the WWE Hall of Fame for 2014?
JCP certainly wanted Magnum to be their Hogan, and without question he would have been given every opportunity. You have to wonder what would have become of him (and JCP) if the accident never happened. He definitely would have been given a world title run. But, with Magnum as their main babyface, would Crockett have ever felt the need to turn Nikita? And how would Magnum's presence have affected Sting's career once Crockett bought out the UWF?
But, all that said, he wouldn't have reached Hulkamania levels. Crockett didn't have Vince's vision, imagination or marketing ability. And, as good as he was, Magnum didn't quite have Hogan's charisma.
Still, in my opinion, Magnum absolutely should be a Hall Of Famer.
