Punk shouldn't be a heel cause he's been one before? So he should be a face for years like Cena?

In kfabe GM's have total control of the shows they are in charge of when Vince is not on TV and it's not like AJ is the first GM ever for WWE,Plus his character&in real life he's pretty crazy and so him choosing a crazy person to run his shows ain't that far our there!

In-case somebody missed or wanted to see it again here's the WWE'13 clip
[YT]qT8-UKk7quE[/YT]

-Andre The Giant's render in the voting screen is just a bad WWE'12 created wrestler But might still be a tease of confirmation of him being in

-Savage's render is from WWE'12 But might also be a tease or confirmation of him in

-Cena has his current green gear

-Cena has a new reanimated entrance for the most part and a new victory animation

-Austin has a new move taunt after the super stunner where he crawls&gets in your face

-Raw Supershow arena confirmed

I forgot they were doing a big summer angle But Punk turning is big enough,Him doing "pipebombs"again But as a heel might be awesome-amazing,They just better not make him a weak ***** just cause he's a heel!!

You know I don't read Lips but did anybody catch what the Rock said to Punk when he was running down to the Ring.

It's a shame this was Austin's only appearance on RAW episode 1000. This game looks good though.

I'm watching RAW finally , that was a great opening video package.

So they are turning Punk full heel?

CM Punk turns heel.

Carries belt until Royal Rumble. Drops it to The Rock. Enters himself into the Royal Rumble match, wins it, gets rematch at Wrestlemania, wins the title back at Mania by doing what Cena couldn't - beat The Rock at Wrestlemania.

I wonder if Punk will just become a more edgy face, instead of a full heel, like a guy that's just frustrated about being overlooked and won't stand for it anymore. Could be a very relatable character, like Austin in the 90's.

Not a bad idea but I doubt they put Punk over that big.

There's so many ways this could go. Rock might be facing Daniel Bryan at the rumble. I'd say more than likely CM Punk though. I just hope he doesn't get shafted in all of this.

I hope so. I'm kinda shocked at the moment.

Also , what was the purpose of Charlie Sheen? It seemed like a waste of time that could of been devoted to legend cameos.

I know people hate Heath Slater but he sold that clothesline from hell like a boss
He will be a chicken**** by the end of the next Raw, count on it.
I don't mind Punk being heel as long as he isn't cowardly heel like they did with Christian.

Hopefully Punk lays some awesome pipebombs down on the rock.
In my honest opinion, Sheamus has shown no signs that he's capable of being something that could be considered as the Second Top Face of the company. He's not even interesting for me as a character. He has great in ring skills without a doubt, and the right image..but he fits more as a heel for me than as a face.
I agree.

I prefer Sheamus and Randy Orton as heels. They are just more intresting as heels. Both are good wrestlers but I get bored of them as faces.

I hope Punk goes back to the "pipe-bomb" Punk that got him the big push in the 1st place.

he's kind of lost his edge...........

I'd rather him be an edgy face instead of full-on heel.

did Cena become the 1st unsuccessful MOB winner?

also, AJ the new RAW GM?

and, did Brock accept Triple H's challenge?

I enjoyed Raw 1000 but no Austin was shocking I expected him to show up when Rock got in the ring with Punk and Bryan. The show was good and fun but it should have had an almost wrestlemania like feel to it the way they were pushing it.

Lita looks amazing, I'm still holding out hope for one more match from her. I still want to see Lita vs Beth more than Trish vs Beth :O

As fro AJ as the new GM? Absolutely NO ONE saw that coming lol, should be fun. I actually think someone like Road Dogg or DDP would make for good GMs they can hang on the mic with pretty much anyone and no one would be wondering when they were going to wrestle again.

Also Punks turn is surprising since his merch sales were equal or surpassing Cenas, Orton is suspended, so are they just going to throw the returning Rey in to that #2 face slot, or do they feel Sheamus is over enough to be the #2 guy in the company?

And as the only other Miz fan in this thread, I'm glad to see he is now a triple crown winner :woot: Maybe he can start a feud with Rollins for the IC belt. I expect Sandow will defeat Santino for the US title.

ANOTHER MAJOR TNA NAME LOOKS TO BE LEAVING THE COMPANY

by Mike Johnson @ 1:43 AM on 7/24/2012

TNA Knockout Velvet Sky has either finished or will be finishing up with TNA shortly, according to numerous sources. One source tonight noted that Sky is "as gone as can be without having pen to paper". Sky, one of the most popular females in the promotion, has been with TNA since 2007. A former Knockouts and Knockouts Tag Team champion, most recently, she was cast in a Montgomery Gentry music video through the company.

Sky's status with the company has been tenuous for several weeks, although she's been in negotiations for a new potential deal. Most signs have pointed to her exit.
Sky worked the TNA Basebrawl event in Memphis several weeks back, which may end up having been her final appearance for the company. She is currently booked for a Legends of the Ring convention in New Jersey the same weekend as TNA's Bound for Glory festivities as well.

Love's former Beautiful People partner Angelina Love also recently left the promotion.

Um guys I hate to say this but I see The Royal Rumble not being the Main Event this next Jan, There is no way The Rock getting a title shot won't be the ME at the ROyal Rumble.

Punk will be a regular WWE heel by the end of the month and then fed to movie boy at the Rumble to set up the rematch of one of the poorest Mania main events ever and SuperCena will get his win he should have already had instead of dragging this **** out 2 full years.

I'm sorry but anyone hoping for Punk's character change to anything new are in for a let down, it's time to pay the piper for last years pipebomb.

Turning Punk heel is ******ed as he's the only other truly over face WWE has, and it's not like WWE has a Storm or an Aries that are nipping at the heels in popularity and can be the guy to dethrone Punk and create a new top face, this is just more tired **** to feed Cena and the Movie star.

Well, I made to a 1000 Raws and bar the ending that was a good sign off point.

did Cena become the 1st unsuccessful MOB winner?

and, did Brock accept Triple H's challenge?

Yep.

I'm guessing she may have been unhappy about how she got over huge and then was dumped only a month after she won the belt, and has been replaced by Tessmacher.

Wonder if the wwe would have any interest in her. At first I thought of course. But the way the diva's division is going. Who knows.

Loved punk's full heel turn. I don't see him as a tweener or a face with more of an edge as people are saying. Looks like he fully turned to me.

I'm curious if it had more to do with pay. TNA has been known to lowball their talents when they come up for contract renewals and offer them crappy deals.

She may be unhappy, but if it is about her role on tv that is silly since she is still one of the most prominently featured women on the roster. They even decided to use her in a music video. I would hope she's not the type to be pissed because she's not the champion and had to drop to Kim, who revitalized the division.

I'd be curious if she left what would happen with her. WWE is not short of hot women on an already full divas roster, and velvet doesn't stand out in the ring or mic. She's unique looking in that pornstar hot way, but I do not know if WWE would go for that in their PG world.

EDIT: I just saw this on www.Prowrestling.net in regards to Velvet and other talents...

TNA News: Top Knockout may be leaving
Jul 24, 2012 - 10:03 AM

Dot Net can confirm reports that Velvet Sky appears to be on the verge of leaving the company due to a contractual dispute.

Powell's POV:
This is not a case of the company simply lowballing the Knockouts. Rather, talent relations head Bruce Prichard is said to be asking a number of wrestlers to restructure their contracts. A well-placed source notes that some wrestlers who have time remaining on their deals are among those who have been asked to restructure.

In some cases, talent have raises built into their multi-year deals, yet are being asked to restructure. The source stated that some wrestlers feel as though they are being presented with "take it or leave it" type offers. I don't believe Sky fits into the restructured deal category, though, as it appears her contract is on the verge of expiring. She has indicated to colleagues that she's not pleased with the direction of the negotiations. Of course, negotiations could take a turn for the better, but for now it appears as though she is on the verge of leaving the company.

FAN INCIDENT PRIOR TO RAW 1000
by Mike Johnson @ 10:58 AM on 7/24/2012

One of the main topics of conversation among wrestlers last night before Raw 1000 was an incident involving WWE champion CM Punk at the St. Louis airport.

According to several, there was a fan that Punk refused to sign for due to the way he approached Punk. The story making the rounds was the same fan had approached Punk in a similar fashion before, which led to Punk turning his requests down immediately and bluntly.

After Punk's refusal, the fan and possibly a second person became verbally abusive towards Punk and according to one source, loudly made a threat. Given it was so soon after the incident in Aurora, CO, a number of airport security soon descended upon the scene.

Punk and other WWE personalities who were arriving at the same time, including Ricardo Rodriguez, all stopped signing and taking photos. You can imagine the response from fans, some of whom were waiting for hours, to that happening.

Both Punk and Ricardo took to Twitter, noting that one bad fan ruins it for everyone. Punk actually apologized to everyone while Ricardo noted that some fans can go immediately into "creepy mode" very quickly.

One source believed that the fan had been identified and WWE security was going to try and find him and warn him about his behavior, although whether they were able to do so in an arena the size of The Scottrade Center, I can't confirm.

In speaking to a few WWE wrestlers this morning, they noted that it's not unusual for fans to be waiting for them when they arrive at airports or even be waiting (one wrestler described it as "stalking") in the early AM when the WWE crews are preparing to check in for flights. For the most part, they take it as part of the business and if fans are polite and aren't pushy, they will sign within reason.

The issue, according to several, is when fans assume that they are deserved to get something signed, especially when they walk up while a wrestler is getting out of a car, waiting to check in, going through security, eating, etc. At that point, it becomes a nuisance and without proper security trailing the talents, it then becomes a situation where they don't know how someone will react.

"Imagine being up at 430 AM to be on a 630 AM flight," one WWE performer who did not witness the incident said. "You have to return the rental car, take the shuttle, get through security, check in, find the gate, and until the second you are on the plane, there are going to be people along the way you say, 'excuse me', grab you for a photo, stop you from eating your bagel, want to talk to you, sometimes want to be mad at you for what happened on TV, want you to sign a stack of photos, pose for 25 pictures, etc. It's part of the job, sure, and who's going to turn down a little kid?"

"However," said the talent, "when it's the same fan you see every time you are in whatever city, you start to realize who's there for Ebay sales and who's there because they have nothing else in their life. When it's a choice of five minutes to sip some coffee or a fan saying, "Sign this" as a demand, and trust me, there are demands like that every day, you want to rip up the photo and toss it back at them for being rude, but then what will happen is that 10 seconds of cell phone footage ends up on TMZ and you are the person yelled at by the company. I've seen on Twitter where I was an a***ole to fans, but the reality was I was rushing to get home to catch a redeye flight to see my family and sorry, I'm not going to spent a night overnight when I can be there when my family wakes up. If that means I am a jerk, then, well, sorry."

The same performer explained the frustration, noting, "We, and by this I mean everyone, not just wrestlers, have to get through their day. We do it in a fish bowl where everyone sees us, sadly, as some walking zoo exhibit that they can interact with. There's good and bad to that. The bad is we interact with fans who end up being complete pieces of sh** to exhausted, tired people that just wants to go sleep on a plane and get home to rest their aching body. If anyone saw what we went through for a week, they'd understand how demeaning some of the fans can be. Please note I said some because in every city there are some really nice people who just love wrestling and want to be near us. That's great but again, there has to be a time and place. When a fan crosses the line, we have to assume someone else can do that as well. So now, we have to go through all the 3:30 AM stuff at the airport, with our own safety in the back of our heads. It's enough to drive anyone batty, much less a tired, banged up wrestler."

Obviously the moral of the story here is that if you, as a fan, are going to approach someone for a photo or autograph, do it with politeness and judge whether it's fair to bother them at that moment. I remember a WWE talent telling me years ago (we are talking height of Attitude era) about taking his family to Disneyland and taking his daughter from their rental car and putting her in the stroller in a parking lot. By the time he was done, there were five people waiting to ask for a photo. Imagine the ridiculousness of a father wanting to hang out with his children and before they are out of the parking lot, fans have descended upon them.

Think before you ask folks. Politeness gets you everywhere in a scenario like the one the wrestler was speaking of.
