That's the reason I preferred his Leo Kruger gimmick. He wrestled more. Even down in NXT, the Adam Rose gimmick was all character work with limited in-ring time.

Now that Steph is getting back in the ring after like 10 years, I did some digging and found out that there is a funny slip up that happened around 1999. Remember that storyline where HHH and Steph were gonna get a divorce and then Trips was about to pedigree Steph through the announce table.
