The word "professional" has been thrown around a lot lately, but it's funny how WWE treating their performers professionally doesn't seem to enter into the discussion.

Just this past summer everything Triple H and Steph did to Bryan, Miz and Dolph was unprofessional, they did it under the guise of wrestling heels but if that was the case the faces would get payback, that is how wrestling works, but this isn't wrestling, it's Triple H and Steph shooting and getting their rocks off, and THAT is unprofessional.

Say what you want about Vince, when him and Shane ran angles with faces they got humiliated, they got a whooping and ultimately as the heels, they got their comeuppance, that is professional. Triple H is a student of the game, but he only adheres to the chapters that suit his agenda.

Damn good post. And you want to know the tragic thing. About a year ago, alot of us here were hopeful and optimistic of Triple H having a prominent role in management. However, as an onscreen authority persona, I think we all would take Vince McMahon 10x over before an Authority Triple H and Stephanie. Vince wasn't afraid to look like a fool despite being the chairman and almost always got his comeuppance.

The Ring of Honor article got me thinking, if you guys were running a wrestling promotion, what would be the focus? ECW was hardcore, RoH is more pure athletics etc. What would you do to try to separate yourselves as an alternative to WWE and TNA?

Agreed. Wrestlemania 25 is all the proof you need. There was zero reason for him to win that match given the fact that he was the one that started the feud with Orton to begin with.

What really frustrates me is that the night after Summerslam the gauntlet was set. There was the Authority(Triple H, Steph, The Shield and Randy Orton.) vs. Bryan and the few willing to defy them as everyone else would be scared. But since then HHH and Steph have done this we're heels, we're tweeners, we don't know what the **** we are act that gives me the impression they aren't willing to commit the way Vince did.

It's all about The Game, and now you're buried. All about control, and how he goes over.

:awesome:

NBC "Community" star Gillian Jacobs spoke with Sam Roberts of Sirius/XM satellite radio about attending Pro Wrestling Guerrilla events. She referenced El Generico and Kevin Steen by name during the interview and spotting herself in the crowd.

Powell's POV: The PWG talk begins at 5:05 of the interview, and Roberts nailed it when he spoke about the online wrestling fan reaction to her fandom. They discuss other topics and then get back into the strangest thing she was told at a PWG event.

Looks like WWE put the wrong "Hunter" in charge of that storyline ...It should have been you lol.

Many within the IWC are just huge hipsters,They worship someone and almost as soon as they get to a certain level of being popular among the casuals then they suddenly turn on them and make bs comments and start using the words"he's a hack"

Never got that and why they sometimes have be even worse comic book fans

Triple H beating CM Punk, even if Punk was leaving in a few months, wouldn't have been necessary at all. Let's not forget that Triple H already beat him two years ago and never returned the job. Letting CM Punk beat Triple H and then losing to some rising guy would've helped the rising guy out.

And Triple H feel like he was slapped in the face by Punk saying he wasn't interested in wrestling him at Wrestlemania...I remember in 2011 when Triple H cut a promo in his feud with Taker, saying there was no one else in the locker room worthy of facing him. And then all of the rumors about him saying some guys weren't good enough to be on top or what not...his reaction to Punk's words has me rolling my eyes. Like Bret's ex-wife said to him on Wrestling with Shadows, "What goes around comes around." And as most have said, after facing Taker in a Streak challenge, the next step up is the headlining match on the show.

HR's already gone over the issues with Triple H and Steph as heels and their seemingly unwillingness to take their comeuppance.

Ok, so Triple H losing to CM Punk wouldn't have made sense because Punk was leaving. What will be the excuse if Triple H beats Daniel Bryan at Wrestlemania?

- Our condolences go out to Michael Cole for the loss of his father. Thomas Coulthard passed away last Friday at the age of 74 after a battle with cancer. He worked as a US State Trooper for 26 years while living in Millbrook, NY. He lived in Hudson, FL when he passed.

- WWE stock closed at $22.70 per share today.

- According to a person close to international wrestling star Prince Devitt, he has still not made up his mind on signing a deal with WWE. A contract has been offered and should be decided on before the month is over.

Weight class titles,
And a yearly pound for pound/undisputed champ tournament.

A combination of NJPW and Chikara. Have fun with it and be real storyline heavy, but have almost every match tell a really solid story.

Eric Young taking taking a page from the Bugs Bunny book of hardcore wrestling.

I bet the view from the other side of that AJ-Naomi pic is just as good. :D

And good Lord have mercy, AJ Lee.

Would WWE or TNA allow Devitt to use his body paint style?
