I can't say I saw Abyss being unmasked coming...lol @ Abyss
And good Lord have mercy, AJ Lee.
The Ring of Honor article got me thinking, if you guys were running a wrestling promotion, what would be the focus? ECW was hardcore, RoH is more pure athletics etc. What would you do to try to separate yourselves as an alternative to WWE and TNA?
Seriously, there's got to be a crazy Chinese billionaire out there who can buy TNA, get rid of all the dead weight, sign CM Punk, headhunt Daniel Bryan, Ziggler and Cesaro, and make a game of it.

If I ever end up owning a wrestling company someday, I'll be looking here for writers and bookers. A lot of you guys know your ****.![]()
In theory, that's a good idea, but in practice, you'd get AJ Lee shaking her butt on a 3 hour loop. You know I'm right.
Who is the best overall talent in WWE right now?

Damn good post. And you want to know the tragic thing. About a year ago, alot of us here were hopeful and optimistic of Triple H having a prominent role in management. However, as an onscreen authority persona, I think we all would take Vince McMahon 10x over before an Authority Triple H and Stephanie. Vince wasn't afraid to look like a fool despite being the chairman and almost always got his comeuppance.
Agreed. Wrestlemania 25 is all the proof you need. There was zero reason for him to win that match given the fact that he was the one that started the feud with Orton to begin with.
Looks like WWE put the wrong "Hunter" in charge of that storyline ...It should have been you lol.
Triple H beating CM Punk, even if Punk was leaving in a few months, wouldn't have been necessary at all. Let's not forget that Triple H already beat him two years ago and never returned the job. Letting CM Punk beat Triple H and then losing to some rising guy would've helped the rising guy out.
And Triple H feel like he was slapped in the face by Punk saying he wasn't interested in wrestling him at Wrestlemania...I remember in 2011 when Triple H cut a promo in his feud with Taker, saying there was no one else in the locker room worthy of facing him. And then all of the rumors about him saying some guys weren't good enough to be on top or what not...his reaction to Punk's words has me rolling my eyes. Like Bret's ex-wife said to him on Wrestling with Shadows, "What goes around comes around." And as most have said, after facing Taker in a Streak challenge, the next step up is the headlining match on the show.
HR's already gone over the issues with Triple H and Steph as heels and their seemingly unwillingness to take their comeuppance.
Ok, so Triple H losing to CM Punk wouldn't have made sense because Punk was leaving. What will be the excuse if Triple H beats Daniel Bryan at Wrestlemania?

It's not Bryan. I was wondering if someone would say Cena, because I was thinking the same thing.
I'm assuming you're counting mic skills? If so, then Cena is definitely ahead of Bryan.
Triple H is a huge hypocrite, remember his reason for Edge jobbing clean to HBK directly after winning the WHC? Like I said, his love of tradition only counts when it suits him. Punk beats Triple H and puts a young guy over on the way out, that is how it should be, Triple H gains nothing from the win regardless ofwhether Punk left or not, but this is the guy that wasted 3 of Brock's PPV dates on his ego.
